- Hi my old friend Paul! What good wind is taking you to us?

- I had come to ask the Queen Regent a few questions about the murder of her servant. But she didn't provide me with anything concrete. I think I'm going to close this file for good.

- Oh Yes, I learned of Tilda's death the day before yesterday. The charge woman briefly told me about her.

- Do you have any information that could help me?

- All I know is that she was close to the driver. Apparently they were both taking night trips out of the palace.

- Oh ! Thank you Caesar, maybe this driver will provide me with enough relevant information to continue my investigation.

Mary was already back in the workshop. She had spent a good part of her night thinking about this moment spent with Jerel in the workshop. She was ready to settle down to resume her work when she saw Michel sitting on her work table. She greeted him and waited for him to leave her table so that she could start. Michel still had this look of disappointment. He stared at Mary and said to her, "You know that he will play with you and let you down when he gets tired. These nobles, they don't really consider us. We are slaves and garbages to them. I hope my words will bring you back to reason. Frankly, is it worth risking the walk of shame for him? "

- Enough! What is your concern!? I am an adult and I am aware of what I am doing. I didn't do anything compromising and I have no account to give you! By the way, leave my table! I have an outfit to finish.

Michel was shocked by the vehemence with which Mary had retaliated. He let out a mocking laugh and freed his office. Mary took her place and continued her work. The outfit was to be delivered in the evening. Garuk was at the academy with his friends. He was waiting for the break to talk to Makissi again. Even if his friends teased him, Garuk did not intend to stop his small discussions with Makissi. The gong had finally resonated. Garuk was the first to leave his room. He saw Makissi in the corridor leading to the exit. She swayed her head in all directions. She was looking for Garuk too. His eyes had ended up crossing her. They greeted each other and began their discussions.

Lorentz was thinking hard about how to improve his family's situation. He was always looking for a good party for his little sister and hoped to have a place in the court. Night had fallen and one of his friends with whom he attended the Royal Academy had come to visit him. His friend was frivolous and loved to live the adventure. Even if the guards advised the nobles not to go to the suburbs, some nobles, in the enthusiasm of their youth, went there secretly. That evening, Lorentz's friend was going to make him discover the atmosphere of the tavern.

Mary had finished Jerel's outfit. She was first going home to change and was waiting for the carriage she had ordered. She had given 5 krika to a porter to bring her a driver and a horse-drawn carriage for transport. The carriage arrived. She was in such a hurry to climb that she almost stumbled. She settled down and gave the address to the driver. After a few kilometers of travel, Mary could notice that she was in the noble sector, the beautiful houses as far as the eye can see, the beautiful gardens so well maintained that it would seem that the gardeners use scissors. The beautiful lights that illuminate all the avenues. While Mary was obsessed with this wonder of Sifane, she heard: "It's here, we arrived. ". She gave 2 krika to the driver who thanked her infinitely. The usual tips are initially optional and hardly reach 1 krika. These are often kisses, bracelets or even services that customers offer in return.

Mary saw two guards standing at the main door. She told them that she must hand over a package in person to General Jerel. One of the guards asked him her name and entered the house. A few moments after the master of the house came to join Mary and asked her to follow him inside. She did and was asked to sit in one of the rooms. Once again, she was captivated by the beauty of the room. There were books everywhere. Most of the books were writings on strategies and war. She got up and began to admire the books. She saw among the books a collection of fables about love. She took it and began to read it. She was flipping through the pages of her work when Jerel entered the library. She was so immersed in her book that she didn't pay attention to it until he called her name. She raised her head saw him and hurried to give him his outfit. "Would you do me the honor of staying for dinner," he asked her. Mary first wanted to refuse and return home to try to slow down the speed at which the flame of love seized her heart but she did not. She groped on words and ended up accepting Jerel's proposal.

Further on, in remote neighborhoods, Lorentz had set foot for the first time in one of the taverns in the suburbs. As soon as he arrived, he already wanted to go home. The visual spectacle offered to him by the girls of joy not to mention the bad smell of opium and drinks made him want to shorten the experience. He let his friend know that he wanted to turn around but the latter dissuaded him. They took a table and ordered a drink. The alcohol was so bad that Lorentz did not take more than a sip. As for his friend, he was feasting. The latter got up and went to two courtesans. He talks with them and came back with them to Lorentz! He asked her to choose one. Lorentz did not want to take part in this kind of activity and declined his friend's offer.

- You're too stuck! Too shy! Enjoy your evening we don't have the chance to have such an atmosphere in our daily lives!

- No thanks, I have a reputation not to get dirty

- What reputation are you talking about? You live at the expense of...

- Enough! I'm going home.

- Come on... don't be grumpy.

Lorentz left 10 krika on the table as payment and took the direction of the exit. He was walking down the street and thinking about what his friend had said. "After all, what is the point of behaving like a king if you are no longer even treated like nobles". He was thinking and decided on a whim to go back to the tavern. He opened the door, grabbed the hand of one of the ladies and went up the stairs to find a room.

Meanwhile at the palace, Bali was trying to put the pieces back together with Caesar. Their couple was not bad and sexually speaking, they were at a standstill. Caesar was almost asleep when he heard someone slip under his duvet. He knew it was his wife. She had already started the preliminaries. Caesar was waiting for the answer of his letter before overwhelming Bali, he preferred not to slow her down in her momentum and began to make love to her. After all, he had no evidence except suspicions and at the time, it suited him to put all this aside. He arranged for it to be torrid as Bali loved it. After they had finished, Bali started the conversation and talked about her day and her debut as a queen. She also talked about Paul's time in his office and the fact that she couldn't help him. Caesar reassured her on this fact and informed her that he had directed Paul to the driver and that the latter could hold information that would allow Paul to elucidate the murder of his former servant. All of a sudden, Bali's face closed. She pretended to be tired and lay down against Caesar's chest to start sleeping.
