...sigh.
Requested by WaffleXD3818, thank you (I think haha)
This is more of a reaction. I could probably do an actual story-based chapter if you wanted.
* * * * *
Sayori
* She'd completely fall apart. Her life is useless without you.
* Her depression would spiral uncontrollably. The club tried to help her as much as they could, but she hardly cared anymore.
* Why is she even alive if you're not here with her?
* MC barely managed to stop her from doing anything drastic, and only because he lived next door and would regularly check up on her after you died.
* She never recovered. Never.
Monika
* ...
* No.
* You didn't die.
* This wasn't happening. She wasn't going to lose you. She couldn't. So she wasn't going to.
* You just had a horribly vivid dream that you'd died. That's all.
* She immediately tackled you in a hug the next time she saw you.
* But you were still alive, and that's all that mattered.
Natsuki
* Completely shut everyone out.
* You were one of the few people she felt truly safe with. Now, the one person that made her feel the happiest she'd ever felt was gone.
* Couldn't bring herself to go back to the Literature Club. Everything reminded her of you.
* She'd read the poems you'd written her for hours on end, desperate to cling on to her memories of you.
* She outright refused to ever get that close to anyone ever again.
Yuri
* She was in denial for a long, long time. This couldn't be true. You couldn't be dead. You couldn't.
* Started to almost obsess over whatever traces she still had of you.
* She wrote about you a lot. Her poems conveyed a feeling of tragedy, loss, despair, emotions so deep that she couldn't even read them back without thinking of you and breaking down sobbing.
* Kept all your favorite items and took care of them as best as she could.
* Brought your favorite flowers to your grave on the anniversary of your death every year.
MC
* Went through the five stages of grief about three times.
* Tried his best to stay as strong as he could for everyone else, but he was completely shattered when he was alone.
* He'd barely managed to help Sayori, and that was bad enough almost losing her. Having absolutely no control over your death destroyed him.
* Quit the Literature Club soon after.
* Continued writing about the kind of things that you used to like as a form of coping.
