Part 2: Shadows of Magic (Rogue Cheney X OC)

Chapter 27

Third Person's P. O. V:

Everyone runs outside as Evie goes after Persephone, rage on her features.

Persephone was just sitting up when she was abruptly thrown into the lamppost nearest her, emitting a loud clang, and then thrusted back against the ground.

Everyone flinches as Evie holds out her right hand and thrusts it down again, causing Persephone to slam face first into the ground.

"You little brat!" She screeches, controlling her anger so she can activate her Ether Form. "You'll pay for that!"

"You'll pay for hurting Sesshomaru-sama," Retorts Evie in a deathly calm tone. She goes to attack the Akatsuki leader with her Telekinesis Magic once again, but was enveloped by a pink aura before she's lifted off the ground.

With a gasp, Evie is thrown back by Persephone's own Telekinesis Magic.

"Whoa, you okay, Evie?" The Dragneel asks.

"Uh, y-yeah," She responds, stuttering slightly before sue gets back to her feet.

Persephone holds out her arm and mutters, "Arc of Magic: Portal Creation." Orbs of ether swirl into existence beside Persephone before expanding to form a large portal, big enough to fit a whole army.

Everyone stares in shock as the entire Akatsuki guild steps out of the portal, some with magic weapons, others with just magic. Daniel was at the front, his crimson eyes cold.

"Destroy them, but leave Hope to me," Persephone commands and her guild members charge towards the Fairy Tail members while Rogue does his best to protect his mate and Frosch.

Alec takes on Daniel while Erza requips into her Heaven's Wheel Armor and engages the Paper Magic user. Lucy ends up summoning Virgo to help fight the Plant Magic user.

It was chaotic as Rogue and Hope end up facing Persephone.

"You don't have to do this, Persephone," Hope tries to say.

"Yes, I do," She shoots back.

Rogue tells Hope, "Get back in the guild hall. It's too dangerous for you without any magic."

"No way am I leaving you guys here to fight alone!" Hope denies.

The blue haired girl shoots her Paper Whirlwind at Erza but the redhead slashes at it with her Trinity Sword Spell, forming a delta formation. Then she launches several swords at her but the woman turns into a Paper Clone and reappears behind Erza.

Erza manages to evade another attack.

Alec has Goldenwave requipped and is slashing through Daniel's fire attacks. Daniel is watching his opponent move in slow motion, thanks to his Eye Magic.

When Alec gets too close to him, however, they were both teleported elsewhere by Daniel's Eye Magic.

"Where did they go?!" Hope demands to know m. Erza gasps as she looks back, only to narrowly dodge paper birds and flies in another direction. The birds just continue to follow her.

Persephone says thoughtfully, "If I had to guess, I'd say to Daniel's Time-Space—a dimension created by his Eye Magic—God Eye."

Hope scowls at her in frustration.

Lucy was able to dodge the plant attacks thanks to Virgo's help with digging tunnels underground. Lucy then summons Capricorn and the Seagoat engages the black haired man in hand to hand combat.

Natsu blows away most enemies with his Fire Dragon Wing Attack and Wendy does the same with Sky Dragon Roar.

Sting blasts a laser breath which knocks out a couple of women.
