The battle rages within the courtyard of Honnouji Academy as the literal fate of the human race is being decided. Satsuki Kiryuin, along with her Elite Four, lead Nudist Beach on an all-out assault against the central signal tower that Ragyo plans to use to transmit the awakening code to all dormant Life Fibers worldwide. Meanwhile, upon the main building, where Satsuki used to make her grand speeches, Ryuko, along with team HVRN, do battle against Nui Harime and Ragyo Kiryuin.
Ragyo wears a new Life Fiber outfit, courtesy of Nui's own design, meant to empower Ragyo's already supernatural capabilities. So much so that only Hawk and Ryuko could face her effectively, and that consisted of Hawk giving Ryuko plenty of openings.
Ragyo: "Enough. I tire of these games. It is time to show you the true master."
Her new outfit shines brightly as makeshift wings form behind her and rain down a paralyzing light. This caused Senkestu to de-transform while Nora and Ren collapse in utter fear and pain. Even Hawk was driven to his knees. Pyrrha moves to attack Ragyo but Nui stops her. Freshly empowered by Ragyo's new suit, Pyrrha is surprised to find Nui able to compete with her quickly.
Ryuko: "What the hell?!"
Ragyo: "Shinra Koketsu was designed to be the master of all Life Fibers. Inspiring fear in Life Fiber that came against it. This is Absolute Submission."

Ragyo: "Can't you see? This is how the universe works. Once the Life Fibers consume this planet's life, we shall cause a planetary explosion. Like pollen from a plant, the Life Fibers will then be spread all across the universe. And the cycle will begin anew."
Nui: "Aw, Lady Ragyo, can't we just kill them all now?"
Ragyo: "Unfortunately, no. Humans are a valuable resource for the Primordial Life Fiber."
Holding out her hand, a rumbling occurs as soon a wave of red liquid bursts into the Academy from all around their group. Enveloping the forces below in a tide of liquid Life Fibers.
Hawk: "Damn!"
Ryuko: "Didn't Hawk vaporize that thing?!"
Ragyo: "Once the Primordial Life Fiber absorbs your friends, it'll be good as new. I'm sorry, but it looks like you followed a plan that was destined to fai—"
