"I was afraid she wouldn't get it done in time for the memorial." Aria comments to the girls as she and Spencer push the box that has Alison's memorial inside into the Hastings living room.
"Have you finished the programme, Spencer?" Taylor asks as she helps with unscrewing the box.
"Almost done, but we should finish it before Ali's brother gets here."
This peaks Hanna's interest. "When is that?"
"Tonight." Spencer answers. "And he wants to see us in the morning."
"Oh how fun." Taylor tells the girls sarcastically making them all laugh.
"You know what, I barely remember Jason." Hanna says whilst standing up from the couch and thinking back to how little she remembers the older Dilaurentis.
Aria shakes her head. "We didn't know him. He was just Ali's older brother down the hall."
"Behind the closed door." Taylor adds.
"With his hardcore punk music vibrating the floorboards." Emily comments causing the girls to laugh.
"How did he get into an Ivy League school?" Taylor wonders. Ever since she had heard that Jason had gotten into an Ivy League school she couldn't believe it. When you looked at Jason he didn't seem the type to go to such as posh school. "I mean come on. It's Jason. He doesn't look smart. He doesn't act smart. And he... just isn't smart." She tells the girls which makes them all laugh again for a good few minutes.
Once they all calmed down they managed to finally open the box and Taylor took a moment to appreciate the beautiful memorial.
"Wow. It's beautiful."
"Pedestal's already out there, next to the bench." Spencer informs. "This goes up Friday morning."
"Do you think Jason will like it?" Emily asks.
"He better like it because we aren't changing it. And if he actually says that he doesn't like it, then I will punch him in the face and kick him in the no no touch touch square." Taylor states with a straight face.
This causes Hanna to turn and hit her twin on the back of the head. "TAYLOR!"
"You know, years from now, people are going to look at this memorial and... and that's all they'll ever know about Ali. She'll be the girl they dedicated the bench to. And we'll all be gone, but..." Aria starts to trail off. "Ali will still be remembered."
"That's immortality, my darlings." Taylor and Spencer say at the same time, it was a comment that Alison had said once or twice.
"Where did she get that from? A movie?"
"Ali was a movie." Taylor had to agree, there was so much drama with Alison, there was never a dull moment.

"It was humiliating." Hanna starts to complain to Taylor and their mom whilst walking into their kitchen. "The store clerk just took my credit card away. That's private property, isn't it?"
"It's private property. It belongs to the bank."
"Well what about my other cards?" Hanna questions.
"Don't be so quick on the draw, at least for a while." Ashley tells Hanna. This causes the girl to look away annoyed. "I'm sorry, I was trying to keep this off your radars."
"Mom."
"We have to make some adjustments. Temporary adjustments. We need to be more careful about money."
