For the last couple of days Aria had been all sad and depressed and has been moping around. So Taylor, Hanna, Emily and Spencer were at Aria's trying to cheer up the girl.

"We brought take out and magazines." Emily informs the tiny brunette as she pulls out Aria's headphones so she could hear them.

"But you cannot have any of those until you get out of these sweats." Taylor tells Aria.

"What's wrong with these?" Aria asks whilst reluctantly sitting up on her bed.

"Nothing. I love wearing sweats." Taylor tells Aria which is true. She wears sweats all of the time around her house, she doesn't understand how Hanna can wear dresses and heals practically all day.

"Well how are we supposed to help you find a homecoming dress if you don't try any on for us?" Emily asks.

"Well that's easy. I'm not going." Aria states. Which causes all of the girls to be confused and shocked, Hanna more than the rest.

"What do you mean you're not going?" Hanna asks incredulously. "You can't just not go."

"What are you going to be doing instead?" Spencer then asks trying to find out what's better than going to homecoming with your friends.

Aria shrugs. "I don't know. I guess I'll just read these instead." She tells them whilst picking up the magazines that Taylor had chosen for her. "Then inhale a gallon of chunky monkey." Aria adds.

"Look cutting yourself off from the rest of your life is not going to help your parents." Spencer informs Aria. "And besides they still might not work it out."

"They're barely speaking to each other." Aria says sadly.

"People get angry. They blow up. Doesn't mean it's over." Taylor tries to reassure Aria.

"Taylor, they didn't blow up over her dad missing their anniversary. He slept with one of his students." Hanna says whilst looking at her twin. This causes Taylor to glare at her and then subtly tilt her head towards Aria. "Sorry." Hanna tells Aria once she understood what her sister was hinting at.

"I'm just saying, things can look over on Friday, and by Monday all is forgiven. Some things just take time." Taylor tells Aria.

"Okay, so you're coming! Come on!" Spencer says whilst trying to drag Aria out of bed.

"Well, if you're not coming, can you at least cast an absentee ballot?" This causes Taylor to laugh at Hanna. "What! I need her vote." Hanna tries to defend.

"Hanna stop already. You've got homecoming queen locked down." Spencer tries to reassure the blonde.

"Really? You can rig the election?"

Since Taylor was getting hungry she started to unpack the Chinese that they brought. Spencer then mentioned that she was bringing Alex from the club to homecoming. Which causes all of them to become excited at the news.

"Who are you taking Emily?" Spencer asks.

"I think I might go stag this year." Emily confidently replies.

"I will too." Aria adds.

"Thank god I'm not going to be the only one without a date." Taylor tells the girls. "Although I don't need one."

"Why don't Emily and Aria go together? Oh you'd make such a cute couple and since Taylor doesn't mind not having a date like the last events where she has been by herself." Spencer says whilst laughing.

"Hey!"

"Who cares who anyone goes with to this thing anyways? I mean, it's just a dance. You should bring someone who you have fun with." Hanna says whilst saying the last part looking at Emily.
