As Lullaby finished taking the shape of a giant monster was left behind making everyone look up at it in shock and fear at the sudden appearance of the monster.
"What? I don't know anything about this!" Kagayama said as he looked up at the monster not really understanding how the flute he was holding would turn into that.
"Oh dear! What trouble!" Bob said from behind his hand as he moved away from the group of fairy tail wizards that had an idea of what they could do to help out the masters.
"He a... he is a demon in the book of Zeref!" Merlin yelled as he looked at the demon in confusion on how a simple dark guild could get their hands on something like this so easily.
"I'm so hungry, I can't stand it! Your souls will be my meal!" Lullaby screamed down at them as they looked at him in wonder.
"What's that?! He says he's going to eat souls? Do they taste good or something?" yelled Natsu at the start but turned to Gray and Hoshi for the last question which caused them both to look at him in confusion.
"Depense on the person?" Hoshi questioned in confusion and got a small nod from Natsu as he was agreeing with her but Gray looked at them in confusion.
"How should we know? Shi don't encourage him!" Gray shouted at them while looking between them but Hoshi gave him a little smile which caused him to shake his head at her antics.
"I don't understand what is happening! How did a monster come from a flute?" Lucy questioned starting up at the monster.
"That monster is Lullaby itself in other words, it's living magic" Merlin answered as he kept his eyes on the monster in wonder because he always wanted to learn or see this magic up close but he never thought that it would be powerful.
"That is what Zeref's magic is?!" Hoshi asked, staring at the monster in wonder as well because she shares her godfather's wonder into magic which sometimes scared her grandfather.
"Living magic" Erza mumbled out as she watched the monster slowly moving towards them.
"Zeref?! But Zeref was from ancient times!" Gray yelled looking back at the guild masters for an answer and his eye lingered on Merlin figuring he might know more about the situation then he let on but he just shook his head to the ice mage.
"Zeref the black wizard! He was the most evil wizard in the history of magic, who could have imagined that his dark legacy of hundreds of years ago could appear in our world today!" Bob said as he looked from the young mages back to the monster in wonder at how Zeref's magic still lives.
"Now... which of your souls should I eat first?" Lullaby asked as he looked around the area and smirked at the group below him.
"I've made my decision! I will eat all your souls together" lullaby screamed at them.
