Ch.4: Riser Phoenix

Raizo POV

Two weeks have passed since I started training Issei, and I gotta give him credit, he's hanging in there. For the first three days, he did struggle to keep up, but I guess his will to get stronger was greater than his ability to quit. Not that I would've let him quit to begin with.

To give a little detail on Issei's current strength compared to how he was before, he's now able to boost himself 15 times before a reset. As opposed to his original 5. I've helped him in his hand-to-hand, but it could still use some work. And his endurance has increased a good bit.

Of course, Issei was not the only one to benefit from this training. After the third day, Asia had approached me and asked if she could accompany Issei and I during our training. Apparently she wanted to be there in order to heal Issei when he got hurt. I saw this as a golden opportunity. Not only would I be able to push Issei a little harder, but Asia could heal any wounds he would get. So I agreed.

Asia's Twilight Healing definitely improved. Every time she would heal Issei, the wounds would be greater and a little more lethal. Not that I would actually try and kill Issei. Besides, if he was hit with a lethal wound and Asia couldn't heal him, I could always keep him alive, so he was never in any real danger.

Fast forward two weeks, and here we are today. Issei is a lot stronger than he was, and Asia is a better healer. She can heal up minor wounds almost instantly, and she doesn't take as long to heal up more serious wounds. Rias has definitely taken notice of Issei's improvement, and I could tell that she is really proud of the effort that he has put into the training. Then again, so am I. However, I am curious to see how he puts his new skills into a real fight.

Right now, I'm making my way towards the ORC clubroom. Rias had asked for the entire club's attendance for some important meeting. Although, she never said what it was about. Both Kuroka and Ahri weren't with me due to them having something to take care of, so they said they'd meet me there.

While I was walking, I ran into Issei.

Raizo: Issei.

Issei: Hey, Raizo. You going to the clubroom?

Raizo: Yeah. Rias said something about an important meeting. You have any idea what it is?

Issei: Not really, but I might have an idea.

Raizo: Oh? What's up?

Issei: Ok, so get this. Last night, I was about to go to bed, but before I could, Rias shows up out of nowhere, and tells me to take her virginity!

Raizo: The hell?! Why?

Issei: I don't know! She just started taking off her clothes and saying something like "this is the only way I can be free" or something like that.

Raizo: (She wants to be free? What does she mean by that?) Well... Did you two do it?

Issei: No. Before anything could happen, a maid showed up and stopped us.

Raizo: A maid?

Issei: Yeah. She said she was the head maid to the Gremory Clan, and that she was there to get Rias. So Rias left with the maid and that was that.

Raizo: Well, seems like you had a weird night.

Issei: No kidding. By the way, where's Kuroka and Ahri? Those two are usually with you.

Raizo: They told me they had something to take care of, and that they'd meet us at the clubroom.

Issei: Oh, ok.

Issei and I continued to the clubroom. We made it to see everyone there look upset. I looked off to the side and saw a woman wearing a french maid uniform. I guess that's the same maid that Issei told me about. If so, then this must have to do with what happened with Issei last night. A few minutes pass and Kuroka and Ahri arrive.
