Ch.5: Training Camp

Raizo POV

Today was the day where Kuroka, Ahri and I start training Rias and her peerage. Since I was the more physical fighter amongst the three of us, I would be helping Issei, Kiba, and Shirone. Kuroka and Ahri would help Rias, Akeno, Asia and Gasper, with Kuroka also helping Shirone with her Nekoshou abilities.

Right now, we're on our way to a summer home that Rias's family would use when they came to the human realm. It's located in the mountains, so it's the perfect place to train.

We arrived at the house after a long hike up the mountain. I turn to everyone to address them.

Raizo: Alright, everyone! Listen up! We're wasting no time, so I want you all to go inside, get unpacked, and meet us out here in 10 minutes! Understood?!

Everyone: Yes!

Raizo: Yes what?!

Everyone: Yes sir!

With that, everyone ran into the house while Kuroka, Ahri and I stood outside waiting for them.

Ahri: So, what's the plan for them again?

Raizo: For the fighters that use more physical attacks, I'll be taking care of them. Anyone who uses magic, that'll fall to you two. We may only have 10 days, but you'd be surprised at how much one can improve.

I look at the entrance to see Kiba already on his way back.

Raizo: Who do you two think stands to gain the most from this training?

Kuroka: Well, the Red Dragon Emperor has a lot of potential, but Shirone is going to be training with us, so she'll learn how to better use her sage arts.

Ahri: Rias and Akeno have power, but for some reason, I feel like Akeno is holding herself back.

Raizo: You felt it too, huh?

Ahri: Yeah, I could sense a bit of holy energy in her, but it feels extremely suppressed.

Raizo: Hmmm.

Ahri was right. Akeno definitely has some hidden holy power within her. Is she a hybrid perhaps?

Just then I see both Rias and Akeno make their way towards us. About 7 minutes pass and everyone is now standing in front of us.

Raizo: Everybody good to go?

Everyone nods and I tell them the plan for the week.

Raizo: Ok. So, first off, I'll be training the physical fighters. That means Issei, Kiba, and Shirone will be with me. Kuroka and Ahri will handle the magic users. So Rias, Akeno and Asia will be with them. Shirone, you'll also be training with your sister to better use your Nekoshou abilities. Now, any questions?

No one raised their hands.

Raizo: Ok. Let's get started. You three follow me.

I signaled for Issei, Kiba and Shirone to follow me. I led them a bit of a ways away from the house to a clearing in the forest.

Raizo: This seems like a good spot. Ok, to start off, I wanna see what you're made of. So Issei, Shirone. I want you two to try and fight me together. Use whatever methods you see fit.

3rd Person POV

Raizo stood in the middle of the clearing, waiting for Issei and Shirone to attack. They both began to circle Raizo looking for an opening. Even though he hadn't taken a fighting stance, he had no openings.

Issei had decided to make an opening for Shirone, so he charged Raizo and tried to hit him from behind. Issei throws a punch, but Raizo dodged it and elbowed Issei in the stomach.
