Raizo Tachibana is the son of Yasaka Tachibana, and older brother of Kunou Tachibana. He's a Kitsune born with 10 tails as opposed to the usual 9, and is therefore considered an anomaly...
In the forest near Kuoh, Vali can be seen standing next to a tree, almost as if he's waiting for someone.
Vali: (What the hell is taking him so long?)
Vali then hears footsteps appro him from behind. He turns to see a man approaching him.
???: Sorry to keep you waiting.
Vali inspected the man. He had black hair and purple eyes. He also wore a black jacket with purple designs on it.

Vali: Hmmm, so you're the one who's gonna be there tonight?
???: That's right. I assume you've also made your decision?
Vali: Hmph, sure. It seems more fun on that side anyway.
??: Good
The man was about to leave, until Vali stopped him.
Vali: What's your name?
???:... It's Damien.
Before the man flew off, he sprouted 12 wings. Vali was shocked, not only because he had 12 wings, but because 6 were devils wings, and the other six were white angel wings.
Damien: See you soon, Vali.
With that he flew off, leaving a shocked Vali behind.
Vali:.... So he's a nephalim...?
Timeskip Raizo POV
Today's the day of the leader summit, and right now, Kuroka, Ahri and myself are with Azazel and Vali in the conference room at the school.
Sirzechs, along with his queen, Grayfia, and Serafall, who's with Sona and Tsubaki, are here to represent the devil faction. And The Arch-Angel Michael, along with Irina are here to represent the angel faction.
Right now, we are just waiting for Rias and her peerage to arrive before we begin. From what Rias told me, Shirone and Gasper won't be attending, due to Rias not wanting to take any risks with Gasper's sacred gear interfering with the meeting. So he's staying in the clubroom with Shirone to keep him company.
After about five more minutes, Rias arrives with her peerage.
Sirzechs: Everyone's here. This is my sister, Rias and her retainers. They're the ones who fought against Kokabeil during his surprise attack.
Michael: That is a rather impressive feat. I thank each one of you for all of your hard work.
Azazel: Once again, I apologize. It seems one of my boys caused you a bit of trouble.
Sirzechs: Now that all the participants are represented. Let the summit commence.
