I was walking inside the church, hearing my footsteps echo through the thick walls and back at me, the church was empty as the sun hasn't come through the faint windows.

The rest of the nuns and priests were still asleep as their curfew was only minutes ahead, but for me, I gelic getting up early for I think it is a way to start a day awake and not in a state of slumber.

I stop in front of the alter and look upon it for what seems like a few seconds before I heard the church doors swing open letting the cold morning breeze hit my cassock, I turned around to see a woman, I raise my brow and turned my full body toward her, she seemed Tired, as if she had ran over a thousand miles, "Father, I need your help." The woman said as she stepped inside of the church, "what is it you need help with?" I asked calmly, not questioning why the woman was here so early.

"Father, I came here to request protection..a confession." The woman said almost stuttering in the process, I looked at her for a moment before nodding my head, "what are you Going to be confessing?" I said, "I..I Don't know what happened father..last Night I woke up to my children screaming, I don't know what was the cause until I saw myslef in the well by our dwelling..I was covered in a red fluid, father i must be protected" the woman said, I look at her with confusion and concern in my eyes, what did this woman do?

"Miss, If you Don't know what has happened to you that night, I think I should talk to the head console about this and-"

"DONT"

I look at the woman with surprise in my eyes, did this woman have a deep voice...no that was nothing..right?.."i-I mean..." I look at her as I slowly reached my hand into my cassock pulling out a rosary with a cross on The bottom, "father, I need you not to tell anyone about what I told you...I must be protected at once" the woman said, "miss..I must tell the console about this at once.." I said as I held the rosary Tight. "Father,...please For my children, and husband's sake, do not let anyone know what I'm about to tell you next..please.." she pleaded, I looked at her with a blank expression.

"As I cleaned the red fluid off of my body, I..I have been having these..I don't know how to explain it, but I have been seeing things, and it's drawing me closer and closer to finding out what they are.." the woman said, my eyes widened more and I almost felt like I can clench the Beeds in half, I don't know what this woman was Going through, but I know it's not a normal confession that I have ever had before.

"Please father, just..don't tell a soul about this..I beg of you..." she pleaded, I swore I can see tears rising in her eyes, I looked at her for a moment before looking down at the rosary, she waited for me to answer.

I looked back up at the smaller woman a few feet away from me, "I shall not tell a spirit about this, for I will keep your secret miss..just as long as you don't try to come closer to the things your seeing..they could be dangerous." I said calmly, her eyes lit up and she smiled shakily "thank you father" she said.

Forgive me father, For I have sinned.
