"Hello, sweetie," Maya said, her voice warm and
welcoming. "How was your interview?"
"It was..." Ariel said, her voice trailing off. She hesitated, fidgeting with her hands. "Fine."
"You seem a bit nervous," Maya said, her eyebrows furrowing. "What's up?"
Ariel avoided her mother's gaze, staring at the floor. "Nothing, Mom. I just have a lot on my mind."
Maya approached her daughter and put a hand on her shoulder. "It's okay, you can tell me anything."
"I got the job," Ariel said, handing the appointment letter to her mother with shaking hands. A nervous smile played on her lips.
"I think we should celebrate!" Maya said, beaming with excitement. "We'll invite my friend over for dinner. How does that sound?"
don't bother mum I will tell her myself" Ariel said
you have a phone call" Maya said
oh! I don't notice that is was ringing " Ariel said.
As she rummaged through her bag, a piece of paper slipped out, falling to the floor without her noticing. Maya, ever observant, spotted the paper and picked it up.
Ariel's heart skipped a beat when she saw her mother holding the paper. "Mom, please, give that back," she pleaded, her voice full of fear. "You can't read that."
"Ariel, what is this?" Maya asked, her eyebrows furrowed with concern.
Before Maya could even finish her sentence, Ariel had snatched the paper from her hand and was already on her way to her room.

what is on that paper? what are you keeping away from me I have noticed you ever since you came back from that interview,of yours you are restless and nervous" Maya said .
it's nothing mum" Ariel said
of course there is something going on with you" Maya said .

"Ariel, why did you snatch the paper from my hand?" Maya asked, her voice growing more insistent.
Ariel hesitated, her heart pounding in her chest. "pa... paper" she said, it just for a personal reasons "
"what is personal to you that I should not know I am your mother I gave birth to you so that personal reasons of yours is also a personal reasons to me ,so hand over the paper to me" she said.
but" Ariel said
"No but give me the paper" Maya said."Reluctantly, Ariel reached into her pocket and pulled out the crumpled piece of paper.
She looked at it for a moment, her hand trembling. Then, she took a deep breath and handed it to her mother. Her mother took the paper, her eyes scanning the words quickly.
As she read, her expression turned from concern to shock. 'Oh my god,' she said, her voice shaking. 'Is this...is this real?'
'Ariel, I'm looking at a pregnancy test here. It says that you're four weeks pregnant. Is that true?'
Ariel's body went numb, and she felt like the world was spinning.
She looked at her mother, her eyes full of fear. 'I...I sorry mum,' she said, her voice trembling.
"The tears were streaming down Ariel's cheeks now, and her breath was coming in short, shaky gasps. 'Mum, I'm so sorry,' she said, her voice breaking.
