"I am not sure I am okay" Ariel said

"I understand you I know ghat you have been through alot this past few days" chole said

"why are you here this late is Greg not around"

"we are fine is just that Alex is Soo much drunk and he can't be left alone so him and Raymond decided to stay with him then I used the opportunity to come"

"Is Alex drunk?" Ariel asked, her voice full of concern.

"You should know the reason why," Chloe said, her voice heavy with emotion. "He hardly goes to work anymore, and when he does, he's always hungover. If you could see him now, you'd pity him."

Ariel felt her heart sink. "I caused all of this," she said, her voice breaking.

Chloe shook her head. "You can't blame yourself"

"He loved me but....."

"is okay don't worry everything will soon be okay"

"But will Alex forgive me"

"Definitely he will after a he still love you and you are the mother of his child,so tell me why he won't forgive you"

"What possessed you?" Greg yelled, his voice thick with anger and worry. "Why would you get so drunk that you end up like this?"

Alex just looked at him, his eyes bloodshot and bleary. He could barely focus, his mind muddled by the alcohol. He tried to speak, but all that came out was a slurred, unintelligible mess.

"I can't understand you," Raymond said, his voice growing frustrated. "How much did you drink?"

"six years .....for good six years she kept the secret of me being a father from me why am I that bad? what in earth have I done ti deserve that from her I loved her....I really do loved her but what did I get in return, hatred.she really do hurt me and I hate her for this"

"You have to calm down," Raymond said, trying to soothe his friend. "I know this is a lot to take in, but you have to take a step back and try to see things from her perspective."

"I loved her," Alex said, his voice cracking. "I really did love her, and this is how she treats me?, and I hate her for this"

"Alex take thing easy" Greg said

"I can't," Alex said, his voice still shaking. "I'm too angry. I can't just calm down when I'm so hurt and so confused."

"It's not healthy to hold onto this much anger," Raymond said, his voice gentle. "You need to let go of some of this anger, or it's going to eat you up inside."

"I don't know how," Alex said, sounding defeated. "I just feel so betrayed."

"Alex what if she has aborted that baby,will you know but she gave birth to the baby and also more over,she thought that you and Ella were together also she doesn't know that you guys were planning for her to be yours,she decided to keep the baby away from you to save your relationship with Ella she did all these because she thought,I was the best thing to do can't you just understand that" Greg explained.

"Are you guy siding her"

"We're not taking sides," Raymond said, his tone growing urgent. "We just want to help you see things from a different perspective. You're not seeing things clearly right now, and that's understandable. But you need to understand that this isn't all black and white, there are shades of gray."
