"Wordgirl, will you help me to become human" Wordbot asks.
"Sure thing. Ugh, just give me a minute."
Wordgirl turns around and ask Tobi softly "Tobi, are you getting a reading on her? Any kind of signal?"
"I am picking up an energy signature from her, yes. Is that what you're looking for?"
Wordgirl sighs and says "I'm not sure. Let's get her back to headquarters and let Tobey do a further analysis. Okay Wordbot come with me, but first we need to take care of these clones. Tobi, get the teleporter ready."
"Yes Wordgirl."
"A teleporter neat. When did you get that" asks Officer Jim.
"A couple months ago once Tobey learned to make one at a smaller size. Got the idea from another version of me in the multiverse" Wordgirl responds.
"Wait did you say multiverse!"
"Teleporter online" Tobi says.
"Thanks, now to set the coordinates to put the three of them into a holding cell."
Wordgirl deactivates the energy feild and teleports the three clones lying on the ground with her gauntlets. The clones appear on the floor in a holding cell in her secret hideout as they remain unconscious.
"Okay, follow me Wordbot. Wordup."
"Wordbot away."
The two fly back to her secret hideout to see Tobey to help Worbot transform herself. Tobey examines Wordbot closely as he tries to figure out Wordbots signal.
"Tobi, run another scan for me please" Tobey asks.
Tobi performs another scan on Wordbot with the same result each time. Wordbot had no energy signature of any kind.
"It's almost scary really. She is completely operational, but she runs on batteries and has absolutely none. She doesn't pop up on my new Wordbot tracker and she was only detected by our security measures right by the fight. It's like she has some kind of aura" Tobey explains.
Wordgirl just as puzzled as everyone else says "Well she says she wants to become human. You did program her with feelings so maybe that's keeping her operational" whispering to Tobey.
"Possibly, but I didn't give her any kind of backup power" Tobey whispers back.
Wordgirl putting things aside asks "Worbot, what exactly makes you want to become human?"
"Wordbot was programmed to have feelings for Tobey, but Wordgirl says I don't have to act on those feelings. So Wordbots solution is to become a human to further my own decisions better without programming. To develop feelings on my own naturally so Wordbot can find someone to love and is not alone."
"Wow, that was actually pretty good answer. I really felt that one. What about the rest of you guys" Wordgirl asks.
"Me too. Her words were like that of a butterfly gracefully flying amongst a feild of flowers" Violet says.
"This could be good for my vlog" Rose says.
"Actually I think it would make for a great quote for the Daily Rag. Super robot struggles to find her self as she goes against programming to find her true self" Scoops says.
"Okay guys, remember we're supposed to be helping her" Wordgirl says.
"Right sorry" Scoops says.
"Tobey what do you suggest we can do to help her learn to be human?"
"I may have an idea" Tobey says with a smile.
He hooks Wordbot to a machine as he shows her a video to study the habits of humans. For hours she studies everything that there is to learn from showing kindness, showing love, having a good time. Once she gather the needed information the entire team helped to show Wordbot human qualities. Violet showed Wordbot the many things humans use to show happiness and kindness. Wordbot admired the many beautiful paintings of Violet from the colorful flowers to the blue sky. After a weeks time the group came to see how Wordbot had progressed.
