The Last Stand

"I will destroy you all and this planet till there is nothing left. No one will stand in my way" Miss Power says.

"Unless you have a minor setback. Then I guess you'll have to dream about it because it's not going to happen."

"What the... Wordgirl?"

Miss Power looks to see Wordgirl and Tesha knocked out on the ground. Then she looks back up to see this girl was not the same person.

"I'm not Wordgirl, I'm Vocab girl. I'm from another universe. There was a Miss Power on my world too. She's no more."

Miss Power face crosses or scowls with anger.

"Unlike my counterpart here, I won't hesitate to finish what's been started."

Miss Power having had enough shoots her misty gas at Vocab girl. Vocab dodges flying up. Miss Power flys at Vocab girl but Vocab remains calm. Right as Miss Power approaches she takes her tech bracelets and creates a energy sheild as it blast Miss Power back. Vocab makes her move and tackles Miss Power to the ground. She starts punching Miss Power with no remorse. Miss power fires her laser vision and forces Vocab girl back. She continues to fire as she gets up. Vocab holds out her hands to block the laser vision.

She then fires her laser vision at full strength and quickly over powers Miss Power. Miss Power get hit in the face by the blast. Miss Power recovers to see Vocab was missing. Suddenly the ground shakes as Vocab girl comes from underneath. She lifts the ground that Miss Power stands on and flips it on top of her. Miss Power bust out with her eyes red.

Miss Power having had enough looks for a way to gain the upper hand. She looks to see the city. Miss Power immediately flys towards the city as Vocab chases her. Huggy watches as their brawl unfolds. With everone down there was no stopping the machine. Huggy took one of Becky's gauntlets and pressed a button. The computers in the secret spaceship hideout come online as the engine fires. The ship then lifts up as it takes off and too the castle. Huggy looks up to see the ship arrive and lower down as the catwalk drops down to the balcony. Huggy hops on and runs inside as he gets to the cockpit and grabs the controls. He then steers the ship to the World destroyer.

Miss Power arrives on the city and starts to destroy the foundation of a Lexicon Skyscraper as Vocab arrives. The building starts to topple as she races to save the people. Citizens below scream and run below as the buildings shadow looms over them. A little girl inside starts to slide towards the glass as she tries reaching out to her mom. Suddenly she stops as she looks to see Vocab girl outside. Vocab starts to push the building back slowly. Once in place she uses her laser Vision to try and stabilize the structure.

Huggy arrives at the World destroyer as he starts a scan on the machine. It had a protective sheild around it. He shoots some missiles at the sheild but nothing. Captain Giggle cheeks laughs as the missiles had no effect. Huggy then presses a button as a ray emerges from the bottom of the ship. It had the same disruptive energy as the gauntlets as Huggy fired it. The sheild went down as Huggy made his move he fired a few missiles agian and created a hole. Captain Giggle cheeks stopped laughing as he had shock on his face. Huggy exited the ship as he jumped through the hole into the World destroyer. Giggle cheeks gets serious as he hits a button and the World destroyer whirs and begins to fire into the ground. The destroyer begins to shake as Huggy slightly loses balance as he makes his way to Giggle cheeks down the narrow halls.

In the city the building was stable as Vocab smiles at the girl as the girl smiles and waves back. Vocabs attention was then caught be the World destroyer in the distance as the ground began to shake. The girl's smile then dissapears as Vocab then sees darkness. She turns around in shock as another building on the other side of the road was falling in their direction. Vocab flys to stop it as she just manages to keep it from crashing into the other building. She was reaching the limits of her strength as the other building started to tip again. Vocab couldn't stop both buildings from falling as she wedges herself inbetween. One arm was holding one building and one holding the other.
