The Secret is Out

"When we last saw Wordgirl she was put in a very precarious situation. Wordbot may be gone, her team is literally cornered by Laura Big and she is surrounded by Clones 1, 2, and 3. The only ones that are safe are her family back at home."

Miss Power comes from her cell room to the main headquarters where Laura had the rest of Team Wordgirl trapped.

"Laura, I'll handle them. You hack into their system and find a way to reach Wordgirl."

Laura hovers over to the supercomputer and starts hacking in.

"Now why don't one of you tell me who Wordgirls family is?"

The team stayed silent as not to reveal crucial information to Miss Power.

"Look I know you all know, so one of you is going to tell me sooner or later before I have to punch it out of ya. Now who would like to go first?"

Right as Laura's was hacking in Tobi activates the intruder protocol. He electrifies the keyboard shocking Laura. Blaster come out of the walls as they begin to fire at Miss Power. Kidmath does he best and flys in to take Miss Power down. She uses her laser vision to destroy the ship turrets and slams Kidmath to the ground. Laura manages to bypass the security measures as she deactivates Tobi.

"Good work apprentice, now see if you can make that holo baby talk and tell me who Wordgirl and her family is."

"Right away" Laura says. She notices Kidmath looking at her while still pinned down by Miss Power. He mouths to her "Laura, don't." She turned around and hesitated as she remembered what he said from before, "Would Miss Power really need you?" She brought Tobi back online and under her control.

"There, he is ours to command" Laura say to Miss Power.

"Excellent, now aks it what is Wordgirls identity."

"Tobi, I'm assuming is your name, what is... what is... what's..." Laura says as she begins to choke.

"Apprentice, is there a problem? All I ask is to ask the hologram what's Wordgirl identity. Is that too much to handle?"

"No, sorry master. Tobi what is Wordgirls secret identity?"

"Wordgirls secret identity is Becky Botsford, adopted daughter of Tim and District attorney Sally Botsford. Also the older sister to younger brother TJ."

Miss Power smiles as she stares at the computer screen showing a picture of her family's home. Meanwhile east side of the city Wordbot layed motionless on the ground along with the cloned body Wordgirl had confiscated. Up above Wordgirl was fighting her clones in the air. Trying her best she is clearly out matched amongst three different versions of her. Wordgirl fly towards Clone 2 who dodges and grabs Wordgirl by the cape and swings her to Clone 3. Clone 3 punches the incoming Wordgirl in the stomach right back to Clone 2 who knees Wordgirl right in the chest. Wordgirl coughs in pain as she goes flying. Clone 1 comes from above and uses both fists to slam Wordgirl down to the ground. Wordgirl falls to the ground as a loud boom is heard. Citizens of Fair city hear the loud sound wondering what is going on.

As Wordgirl moans in pain lying in the crater she made the three clones come flying in. She puts her gauntlets together to sheild herself from impact. A red spark emerges as a big energy feild shows up exploding sending the clones back. She gets up as her gauntlets begin to beep. Laura appears as she shows Wordgirl her friends with Miss Power.

"Hello Wordgirl, or should I say Becky."

Surprised Wordgirl was speechless not knowing what to say. Miss Power then moves Laura out the way as her face fills the screen.

"That's right, I know who you are and now you are going to pay. I now also have good reason to take care of District Attorney Sally Botsford now too. I told you this is what I would do. When I'm finished with them then I'll come to see you. Toodaloo."
