Like a Wave

Chapter 23: New Blessings

When Jayden was born four months ago, life changed dramatically. It was hard taking care of two kids. One who always needed to be fed and changed. Then, an almost two-year-old who was running all over the place.

When Jordan went on tour, it was even harder. I love my husband, but sometimes, when we are intimate, I am afraid he will punish me again. Don't get me wrong, it was amazing, but when I was at the point I couldn't take it anymore, he didn't listen to me. 

So, he has been careful, and so have I. We had a few issues getting over that. I felt bad for making him sleep in the guest room for a week. 

I love him, and he loves me. We are working on moving past it. We are going to try for another baby, and I really hope this one is a girl. 

Jayden and Nathaniel both look just like their dad. Jordan is a great father to our boys. He has been great even while he was on tour. He had his mom or sisters stop by every day to help me with the boys. 

He is a good man, and he loves me and our kids. I am tired of being pregnant, and I just want to complete our family with a daughter. 

Jordan called me last night and asked if I would be interested in going to a WWE event to hang out with his friend. So, we are going next week. His mom will watch the boys. Since it's in Boston, we can go and then return home to our boys.  

The following week, I dressed in my jeans and a John Cena shirt. Jordan has yet to tell me which friend we are meeting. 

We arrive at the venue, and we walk to the VIP area. Jordan speaks to security, and we are escorted to the back and taken to a locker room. 

We walk in, and there stands Cody Rhodes. He is Dusty Rhode's son. I grew up watching his father and brother Golddust. 

"Cody, this is my wife, Brittney. Babe, this is my friend Cody Rhodes."

"Nice to meet you; I grew up watching your father wrestle. The American dream Dusty Rhodes."

"Yep, that's my dad. It's a pleasure to finally meet you. I have heard a lot about you."

"Really? So, you and Jordan are friends? How did that happen?"

Cody smiles his shy smile. "My ex-girlfriend Sarah was a huge fan of New Kids on the Block and a huge Jordan girl. So, my dad got me in touch with Jordan, and we went to a show in 93' I believe it was. We have been friends ever since."

"That's cool, so the ex-girlfriend didn't stick around even after you introduced her to Jordan and took her to their concert?"

"No, ex, for a reason. She turned out to be a cheater, but because of her, I made a great friend."

"Yep, friends are great. See, because of our friendship, you get to attend shows with ringside seats."

"So, Jordan, how did you meet such a beautiful woman and Brittney, why did such a beautiful woman fall for such a loser?"

We both laughed as Jordan grabbed Cody in a headlock. "Loser, huh?"

"Actually, I met Jordan when I was eleven years old. We lived a couple of streets apart, and before he became a pop star, he was a breakdancer on the corner in Dorchester. I had a major crush on him, and I always walked to the corner with him. Then, my parents picked up and moved to Brooklyn, and I never got to say bye." 

"Yep, for twenty years, she was always my what-if, and I was hers. We reconnected at my solo show in the city and married nine days later. We now have two sons, and hopefully, our next will be a daughter."

"Oh, so you are expecting?"

"Not yet, but we are planning on trying again very soon. Our son Jayden is only four months old."

"Damn, bro, keep your hands off the poor woman. Let her rest a bit. I mean, I can tell that's hard to do because she is very beautiful."   

"Quit hitting on my wife, Cody, and she is the one who said to try again when Jayden was six months old. She is very beautiful, but she is also very taken." Jordan picked my hand up and waved my rings in front of his face. He smiled and laughed.

We were shown to our seats, and we sat there and watched the show. It was pretty cool to be ringside for Monday night Raw. When the show was over, we went backstage. I got selfies with John Cena, Rey Mysterio, and Shawn Michaels. I was so happy we invited Cody for dinner the next time he was in town.  

Marlene was sitting on the couch reading when we came in. Jayden was in his bouncer, and Nathaniel was in bed. 

Jordan has had a full tour, and thankfully, he only has five shows left. He has also agreed to slow the touring down as much as possible. So, he is off from September until June. Then he only has eight shows next year. 

This last tour was a lot, only seeing him a few weeks here and there. I toured with him when I could, but with two small children who have doctor's appointments and such, it's really hard. 

We put Jayden to bed and then got changed into our pajamas. I put my silk nightgown on, and Jordan watched me. 

I watched as his eyes clouded with lust. He walked over and kissed my neck as he wrapped his arms around my waist. 

I turned around and faced him, and he leaned down and kissed me. His tongue grazed my bottom lip, asking for entrance. I slowly obliged, and our tongues danced together. 

He moved my body to the bed, and when my legs hit the back, he slowly lowered me down on our mattress. He hovered on top of me with his weight on his elbows as he kissed me.  

We made slow, passionate love for most of the night. Jordan is a tentative lover, and he makes sure I am completely pleased before he stops. He can go for hours, and it can be heaven like tonight or hell like when he punished me. I will take heaven anytime with Jordan. 

Four months later: September 2006

We have been trying for another baby since July. Today, we are going to take a pregnancy test and see if we are pregnant. 

I ran to the store and bought all kinds of pregnancy tests. We sat down and took the test. When the alarm sounded, we both walked over to the bathroom counter and looked, and it was positive. Now, to find out how far along we are. 

So, the Knights will now be a family of five. Jordan hugged Brittney, and they went to the living room with their sons. Jayden is crawling all over the place now, and Nathaniel is rotten. 

Life is good, and we are expecting again. I really hope our third baby is a girl so we can finally stop having babies. I want to enjoy them, knowing I won't have to go through this again. 

Jordan and I both agreed to get fixed once we had our daughter. We just want to relax and not stress over trying to get pregnant or being sure we don't get pregnant again before we are ready. We can just be us and be happy with our family. 

He has been talking to Donnie, and I think Donnie is going to try and get the New Kids to reunite. I think Donnie is just testing the waters. 

I kind of hope he doesn't try to reunite the band because then I will see even less of Jordan, and we will soon have three kids.
