We got moved into our home and got everything unpacked. Life is good right now with Cody; we are so happy the kids are happy.

They like the new house. Cody got the playground installed, and that's the kid's favorite thing to do. He put a porch swing on the front porch and on the back patio so we could watch the kids play.

He got the library set up for me with my books and his. We have a chair in there and a chaise lounger. He has been beyond sweet in making sure that everything was the way I wanted it.

Jordan is back on tour, so right now, it's just Cody, me, and the kids. We are coming up on Halloween. The kids have picked their costumes, and we are excited about the festival next weekend.

I am so happy; we are happy. I did not know that happiness like this existed after Jordan destroyed me. He is putting on a happy face when he's around us. I can see the hurt in his eyes as he sees me happy with Cody.

We had a housewarming party the week after we moved in. Everyone came, even Cami, and she loved Cody. Jordan even showed up with a gift card for Cody and me. The kids had to show him their rooms and everything Cody had done for them.

He built them all custom shelves in their rooms and fixed Natalie a princess canopy bed. She loves it. She is very close to Cody; she always wants him to hold her, and of course he does. He has her spoiled rotten.

Nathaniel and Jayden always get him to play with them on the playset, and he absolutely loves it. They want him to read to them every night at bedtime. He loves how the kids love him, and so do I.

I trust him with my kids, and for a mom, that really means something. I went to the store last week, and he watched all three of the kids. When I returned, they were all watching TV. I thought they would have him tied up somewhere, but nope, they were all cuddled up on the couch watching TV.

He finally saw Evelyn; we went grocery shopping right when we moved in. She was in the store. I huffed and turned to walk the other way. She called out my name. (Flashback)

"Brittney, wait, please."

"What? What reason could you ever have to look at me, let alone talk to me? I hate you. Leave me and my family alone."

"To apologize. I owe you a huge apology. Brittney, I am so sorry for what happened."

"You slept with my husband and destroyed my family. You think an apology is going to make up for that?"

"No, I don't. I didn't sleep with Jordan. I was drunk, and he was drunk, but we didn't do anything more than kiss."

"It doesn't matter, Evelyn, you got what you wanted. Jordan is free; we are officially divorced, and he is all yours."

"He won't talk to me."

"Then, that's your problem, not mine. Stay the fuck away from me, my kids, and my current boyfriend. If I see you look twice at my boyfriend, I will break your neck. I guess I should really thank you because of you destroying my marriage. I am now with Cody, and he is perfect for me and my kids." Cody wrapped his arm around me.

"Sweetheart, you will never have to worry about me. She isn't even close to my type; she has a big mouth and big eyes."

"How dare you talk to me like that?"

"No, how dare you? You destroy her marriage and then think you have the right to speak to her. I will give you one warning and only once. I am a professional wrestler for WWE, and I have plenty of female wrestlers that are my friends; they will whip your ass if you ever look at Brittney again. One phone call, and they will be here."
