An Unexpected Love

20- Months

Months has passed by since Richard and I have been talking. It has been good. Eventhough we haven't talked to much. Maybe its bevause of the final exams or something I should give it time. I'm starting to miss our long conversations and those stuff.

Summer started and I already have many planns. I hope I pass it great.

Richard invited me to play bowling with his family and I'm already nervous. Maybe its because I haven't talked to him too much this last days.

Time passed and I have to get ready to go. I open my closet and look for something that could look good on me. I want to impress Richard. I decided for a blue blouse, and a short pant with flower pattern, and my blue sandals that match my blouse. As always, I see mayself on the morror and I look great. I hope I impress Richard. Since I meet him all I could think was of impressing him with my outfits. Until now I have imlress him, he always tells me how beautiful I look.

"Mom, I'm ready."

"Ok, hunny we are finished too."

"Okay."

On the way to the bowling I texted Richard so he could know I'm on my way.

"We're almost there."

"Ok, I'm already there."

"See you then."

"Okay. "

I arrived, and this is weird I'm not nervous at all. So I get inside the place relaxed.

I shaked hands with Andrew and James and gave a tight hug and a kiss to Brenda. Richard aproached and hagged me and gave me a kiss on the forhead. I think I'm blushing, shit everyone is staring at us.

"Hi."

"Hello, you look so beautiful."

"Thank you."

"Lets start the game."

"Yeah!"

Andrew, my dad, James, Josh, Richard and me were on the game. Our mothers decided they could talk for a while since they don't like playing bowling. Richards father an me were on the top, I thought I was going to win him but then on the last shot he made the points to win to us all.

"I won!" Said Andrew. "Wow Emma you're good."

"Thank you."

I went to the table Ruchard and our moms were and I took a seat in front of him.

"You're good! You almost won my dad!"

"Yeah! Thank you."

And we kept talking. Then after a while Richard and I decided to go to the play room. I don't know if it was me but I think he was letting me win.

"Are you letting me win?"

He gave me a playful smile.

"I don't like that, come on play fair!"

"If you say so."

Hmm. Lets see if he is going to win. I'm not going to let him. Haj!

"I choose the game." He raised his eyebrow and then noded.

I won the first game.

"Yeah I won."

"Yeah you did, but what if I win these one?"

"Nothing maybe I win the next one as well."

"Hum, if I win these one, you have to give me a slow kiss on the cheek."

"Hey! But why?"

"Ohh come on, its a deal."

"Ugh, ok."

I am doing my best to win, but when I get a point he does too. How am I supossed to win if he keeps scoring a point?

No! He won!

"You owe mw a soft kiss Emma."

"And what if I don't want to?"

He raised his eyebrow and holded my face between his hands. Heart beating fast! Warning Emma! He will notice! Ahh.

"Richard!"

"Ohh you are going to give me my kiss!"

I have no choice. "Fine..."

What if when I get close he turns his face and we kiss? Nerves here! Please I hope he doesn't do what I'm thinking.

I stand on my tipi toes and kiss him on the cheek, but not slow as he told me but either fast, I say more medium.

"Are you happy now!"

"Yep."

"I want to play the air hokey game."

"Okay."

Jah, he won't win. I think I'm the vest at this game cause when I play with my brother or my dad I win.

"You won't win, I'm the best at this game."

"You think so?"

"I bet I will."

"Okay then, lets play."

When the game started I scored the first point. And I have always said that what starts fine finishes great. I scored three points and the he scored two. I'm not going to let him win.

"I win! Yeah!"

"Okay. You're good at this game. I thought I could win you."

"Jaja, thank you. Now lets get back."

"Yeah, good idea."

We walked back to where our family is. And when I'm about to seat I hear the staff guy saying that it is closing time. Agh! I could neven take a seat. We all walked outside.

I said goodbye to Richards family and he did the same. After that he walked in front of me.

"I had a great time, thanks for comming."
"I had a great time too. Thank you for inviting me."

"Jaja ok. See ya then."

"Bye!"

He gave me a kiss and we both leaved to our houses.
