Villain's Symphony

You see life not fair
Your life is better

You've seen the light
I was raised in the dark
We are not on the same side
Our lives took different arcs

While you ate your bread
I only got the crumbs
While you never had to plead
I lived in the slums

While you had a home, I was scraping the street
While you grew with peace, I  drowned in defeat

Even if we're both orphaned,
We didn't grow in the same frame
To survive, I had to lie
While all you did was smile

So stop this masquerade
Drop all the facade !

Show me all your flaws
Even kittens have claws
We're not bound by laws
This symphony is raw !

Embrace my infamy,
You can face your fame
Everyone listens to this symphony
But it will soon be endgame

Because in the end
Even if you hide it, we're the same

Even if you were my fiend
Even if you are more tame

We had the same start
Wearing both a heart

We chose different paths
While I give in to my wrath

You got to taste a piece of warmth,
I got cast aside like a worm

I was buried underground
Not even able to make a sound

You basked in the spotlight
Even though you knew the dark
How could you change overnight !?
You didn't even give me a spark

Now the attention is finally on me,
No one can ignore me !
No one can just pass by,
Leaving this poor beggar to strike

Don't act like you were my ally
How can you say we're still alike !?

You had chosen family over me
Cursed me to a life of misery
You lived your life so happily--
How could you forget me?!

You had eyes on the brighter side,
How can you expect me to let that slide??
After all the tears I cried...
All your apologies are denied

You discarded me like a dirty sock,
Don't you dare act all shocked.

Now that I'm causing havoc...
You finally remember me
No need to act so dramatic
Did you really expect empathy ?!

While all you do is lecture me,
Nothing salvage the memory

Of me starving on Christmas Eve!
How could I be so naive ?!
To believe that we would still be connected
But that hope was quickly crushed.
By the window, witnessing warmth gushed
While I sat in the cold, all hope deflected

My resolve was forged that day,
I’d never believe in anything!
Your words won’t lead me astray;
You can keep saying, “I didn’t know,”
But it won’t change a thing—
Because now you do.

I am like stagnant water;
You plea won't make me waver

I didn't have the luxury,
To be kind.
It was a matter of survival.
I won't stray from my villainy-
I am not your kind;
You can't relate to this cycle

You all made it pretty clear,
Now cower in fear.

The power is mine;
I will never recede.
This is the revenge of time-
I will not fall for your trivial deceit

I don't believe in your hope;
In this world, there's no joy
So stop your babbling
Let's go back to fighting.

I will never stop;
I rise to the top !

You have to erase me,
Give it your all and hate me

The villain and the hero,
Fighting for their ego

Only death marks the end
We'll rake it like old friends
