The male gaze can be such a bore
All they can do is make my back sore

All of this driven by fear of the sharks.
That’s the fate when scrutiny feels so normal;
Now those who seek chastity are deemed abnormal.

Teenagers branded as sex maniacs,
Viewing woman merely as a tasty snack
And all the virgins eager to shoot their shot
No innocence left, as their brains rot

This hookup culture thrives on promiscuity,
While mocking purity with such impunity.
There’s no clear winner in this endless war;
Every side shows flaws that we can’t ignore.

Glamorising, slut shaming
There's no way I could blaming,
Anyone else but society
Now taste all my fiery

My body is my domain,
It's my opinion, I'll take a stand
Men or women, we're not a brand
Our identity should not be planned

Oh society, you and me
Caught in a toxic relationship
Oh society, listen to my plea
We're sailing on a sinking ship

Let go of all your gender roles
Let go of all your control
We deserve to be more than animals
Not brainwashed to be radical

Put against one another
As we all don't have a mother
Is there really anything other ?
We're all humans, why fight each other ?

Reflect on your unity

So break the mold, forget the rules,

We're more than what they teach in schools
Think for yourself, use your brain
There's nothing here to feel ashamed
