walking down the busy streets of seoul with a gloomy aura, jungwon heaved out a sigh in desperation as he slid his hands inside his baggy jeans pockets while listening to the girl beside him babbling about something she likes. he fished his phone out of the patch and turned it on for a second, hoping to see a missed call or a message from the girl he loves but his spirits were lowered once all he saw were some messages from his friends that he left unanswered.
he was on the verge of going insane by how much he missed her, and he knows he'll reach his breaking point if the two weeks strike on the calendar and he'll still have no news from her. he tried reaching out, he really did, but all his efforts went to vain once his messages were left on delivered.
he missed everything about her.
he longed for her delicate touch, for her full, kissable, soft lips that he loved to kiss, for her smile and her adorable laugh that caressed his ears; for her honey, sweet, voice that would cuddle him to sleep. he missed her silky, chocolate waves that he adored playing with whenever she was in his arms, the way her doe, brown eyes would turn into crescent moons whenever she grinned at him or how his stress dissipated from his body as soon as he was with her.
there was not a single thing about her that he didn't yearn for. he missed her in any way a person could be missed, and he couldn't handle the distance much longer.
"we should definitely go to an amusement park together!" minji beamed as she glanced at over at him happily, noticing how anything that left her mouth was entering an ear and slipping through the other and gripping his arm tightly to link his with hers to grab his attention since he seemed so invested into his phone screen.
"are you still waiting for her to text you back? it's useless jungwon, she wasted her chance, so it's time you finally give me attention." the raven pulled his body closer to hers once the word 'me' slipped past her lips, grinning innocently at him once he glanced down at her pissed before he broke the eye contact to look away and roll his eyes. truth to be said, jungwon would very much rather stay home and stare at the ceiling the whole day rather than see some sunlight, especially with minji.
"if i were you i would remind myself why i'm here. it's all because you are blackmailing me, i didn't willingly ask you to go out with me or something minji." jungwon forcefully pulled his arm out of her grip and crossed both of them over his chest, stunned by minji's blindness and how she really couldn't catch onto the fact that he was not enjoying these hang outs at all and the only thing he wanted was go home and cry.
a sudden vibration from his pocket made him snap and instantly slide his phone out of his pants, a galaxy lighting into his sharp eyes once her name was displayed on the screen as he wasted no time to answer the call and bring the phone to his ear. "hi." a warm sensation spread through his chest hearing her delicate, honey, sweet voice that still sounded so soft despite her trying to appear cold, his heart beating quickly into his ribcage as a grin immediately spread on his lips.
