*2 and half years later*

Aarish looked at her picture and smiled sadly as a tear fell from his eye. Its been almost 2 1/2 years that he has lost her but he couldn't get himself to forget her.

And he knew he would never forget her. For she was his first love. And no one could ever forget his first love right.

Her pale, lifeless face was still clear in his memories. Just the reminder of it bought more tears to his eyes.

He wished she was here. He wished he could tell her he loved her and hug her tightly.

He felt soft hands brush his cheeks wiping his tears and he looked at his wife smiling at him.

"How long are you going to cry over her Aarish? I know it's not easy to forget. And no one is asking you too. Lekin aise ro kr you are only hurting yourself and her."

"How can I not? I feel guilty. I wasn't there with her when she needed me. Uss waqt mere liye meri job itni important ho gyi ki mai sab bhul gaya."

His wife smiled and wiped his tears.

"She won't be happy seeing you cry. She always wanted to see you happy. That's what you say right?"

His wife had never met her. But the respect she gave her made him love her even more than he did.

He nodded and she kissed his forehead. She got up and held her hand.

"Come on! I have to show you something."

She said smiling and he smiled at her. He lived for her smile. After her death she was the one who kept him alive.

He smiled and followed her without any protest. She took him to their balcony room. She sat on the matted floor and patted her lap.

Smiling widely he laid down with his head on her lap and sighed looking at her. She was so beautiful. And he loved her so much.

"Look there. Up in the sky. Try and locate her."

She whispered softly and he turned his head towards the sky and pointed towards the star which shone the brightest without any second thoughts.

"There! There she is. The brightest of all."

"Exactly! She is the brightest star. Do you want to lessen her shine by letting her see you cry every day?"

He looked at her and shook his head. He wanted her to shine forever. The brightest.

Smiling at his cute expressions she leaned down and placed a soft kiss on his lips. He smiled with his eyes closed in bliss.

"I love you!"

She whispered and he smiled.

"I love you too!"

"I just can't get over you saying it back."

He grinned and she hit his chest lightly.

"You made me run behind you a lot."

She complained and he chuckled.

"Lekin end mai I knew that I couldn't live without you."

"Kya kre? Ab Saisha Sabarwal ka charm resist krna asaan thodi hai."

She said flipping her hair and he laughed.

She kept caressing his hair as he laid there with his head in her lap and eyes closed in relaxation.

"Aarish?"

He hummed and she asked.

"What would you have done agar mai uss din OT se jinda bahar nhi aati toh?"

He opened his eyes and gave her a look that screamed that he didn't like her question.

"You are the reason I am alive after mom Saisha. Losing her broke me. Aur agar uss din tumhe kuch ho jaata. And then losing mom a few days after would have killed me. Mai aaj zinda hi nhi hota."

When she had come home after getting discharged the first thing he did was what he had wanted to since a long time. He had pulled her into his arms careful not to hurt her and kissed her.

Things went well for Saisha and Aarish but a few days after her discharge, his mother had passed away.

"Itna pyaar krte ho mujhse?"

She asked and he whispered looking into her eyes.

"You have no idea how much."

"Give me an idea then."

She whispered back and he sat straight pulling her into his arms and kissing her softly. He made love to her under the stars letting his body tell her what his lips could not. Letting his eyes do that talk. And letting his soul melt into hers.

The aftermath had them still laid on the floor, this time with a blanket over their naked bodies and her back against his chest.

He was caressing her arm and thighs occasionally as she rested her head back on his chest.

"Aarish?"

He hummed and she asked.

"What if someday you have to share me with someone else?"

He looked at her with a frown. Not liking the idea of any other male near her.

"Why would I share you? You are mine and exclusively mine. No other man has the privilege of touching or coming near you."

She laughed at his possessive tone and turned her face to kiss his lips.

"Why did you ask it anyway? Don't tell me you are getting bored of me already."

He asked in a dramatic tone and she giggled. She rested her head back on his chest and held his hand playing with his fingers.

"Nah! I can never get bored of you. Atleast iss janam mai toh nhi. Agle janam koi aur pasand aa jaaye toh pata nhi."

She giggled when he pinched her thigh and softly caressed his hand putting it over her belly.

"But you would have to share me with someone who is going to be here in some months now."

She whispered softly and felt his body freeze. Only his heart was beating like he had just run a marathon.

"Oh my God Saisha! Thank you so much baby! I love you so much meri jaan."

He said kissing her softly as he proceeded to caress her belly and kiss it too.
