Chapter 16

                               Onix's POV
"Ah. Okay."

"Do you have a name yet?"

"We have some ideas."

It's Sylvia or Rosalia.

Probably Rosalia.

"Heads up. Sharon and her "squad" are walking up to us."

I rolled my eyes.

"Hi Onix!"

"Uhh hi?"

"How are you?"

"Fine and since when do you even care?"

She started apologizing for everything she's done to me. I just stared at the twins. I went in my purse to take out my phone. I saw it was missing.

"Fuck! I must've left my phone in the car! Can one of you call him? The doctor should be calling me at the end of the day."

"I got it."

Michelangelo took his phone out and started calling Felix.

"Yo. Is Nix's phone in your car? Okay. Can you turn around and drop it off before the bell rings? Cool. See you in 6."

He put his phone back in his pocket.

"It's in the car. It fell between the seats. He's bringing it by now."

I went outside and started waiting. I saw his car pull up. He got out of the car and brought my phone to me.

"Are you okay? You never forget this."

"I was checking on the location of my order. It must've never made it back in my bag."

"Ohhhh! Did you forget something else?"

I looked in my purse.

"No. My headphones are in here. Thank you."

The bell rang. Felix kissed my forehead then hugged me really quickly.

"Bye! I love you!"

"Bye! I love you too! Be good for your mother today little one!"

I watched him get back in his car and drive away. I found Michelangelo and Leonardo.

"Okay. I have it."

I showed them my phone then put it in my purse. We started walking to our classes. I sat down and got ready for class.

I'm not allowed to carry a certain amount of weight so I had to take some things out of my backpack. I took everything heavy out. It looked pretty empty. I made sure what I had was light.

Really?

Really?

You're making me go to the bathroom now?

I raised my hand and asked to go to the bathroom. I grabbed my purse then signed myself out of class. I grabbed a hall pass and made my way to the bathroom.

I took an extra few minutes. When I was done washing my hands, I went back to class. I put the hall pass down then signed back into class. I went back to my seat and sat down.

Sharon's sister was sitting right next to me. I saw my teacher slide his hand up her leg.

How has he not gotten caught yet?

It doesn't matter that she's 18 now.

Teachers still can't do anything with students.

I did my best to ignore it. I was relieved after that class ended. I was doing my best to avoid puking.

Felix's POV
I was walking back to the store, I work at when my phone started ringing.

*Phone Call with Onix*
"Hi sweetie. Is everything okay?"

"The doctor just called me. Someone cancelled for 12:45 tomorrow. She asked if that's okay."

"Okay. I'll let Mason know. So I guess you'll have a half day tomorrow?"

"I think so. Can we go eat somewhere after?"

"I was actually gonna ask you that."

"Sooo we can?"

"Yeah. Do you have any idea where you wanna go?"

"Can we see what I want tomorrow?"

"Sure."

*Bell Rings*

"Gotta go. I love you."

"I love you too. I'll see you later."

*End of Phone Call*
I slid my phone back into my pocket and walked back into the store. I wandered around looking for my manager. I found him in the back of the store.

"Hey Mason? I know it's last minute but...I can't stay all day tomorrow. I have to take my wife to the doctor. We've been having trouble getting an appointment and someone just cancelled for tomorrow at 12:45."

"Can you work on Saturday then?"

"Oh uh...she's gonna kill me but okay."
