Narrator

Y/n sat on the edge of the roof, staring down at the pool at the bottom of the house.

It was a 3 story mansion.

Everyone was jumping off the first floor balcony into the pool...

But not Y/n.

Y/n had walked up to the roof of the house, making everyone nervous.

All of Y/n's close friends knew that Y/n had drank a bit too much. Y/n was getting emotional and starting to say concerning things.

Everyone knew that Y/n had suicidal ideation at times.

So, Danielle slowly walked up to the roof of her house and took a deep breath....

Trying to find the words to get Y/n to come down.

"You know, the kindest thing someone ever told me was...

"It's okay if you want to die. You don't have to feel burdened or guilty for leaving me behind... for leaving anyone behind... if you feel like it's something you need to do then it's okay,"

Y/n whispered before Danielle could say anything.

- Danielle POV -

I was shocked by Y/n's words.

Y/n was sharing the kindest words they had ever heard, but it sounded anything but kind to me.

"Why did that feel so kind to you?" I asked, trying to thread easily through the rooftop.

Y/n took a deep breath, seeming to be gathering courage.

"Because for once...," Y/n left out a long breath.

"Someone didn't make me feel like wanting to die was a bad thing," Y/n followed with a light smile.

It made me relieved to see Y/n smile.

It told me that Y/n probably wasn't going to hurt themselves.

After I managed to get myself all the way to Y/n, I managed to bring them down from the roof and took them to my bedroom.

"What's so nice about someone telling you that it's okay to die?" I curiously asked as I put Y/n to bed.

I never understood why Y/n always clanged on to those words.

It felt like the darkest thing you could ever tell someone.

"Because it was the first time anyone ever made me feel like my feelings were okay...," Y/n mumbled as their body settled into a comfortable position.

Y/n was fighting the tiredness of their body, but their drunken brain was ultimately winning the battle.

"It was the first time you ever-... ever-... made me ..."

Y/n soon dozed off.

"Me?" I thought to myself a bit confused.

I wasn't sure if I had heard Y/n right or if it was just drunken mumbles.

- Y/N POV -

The familiar feeling of blacking out and doing stupid shit had suddenly returned. One second I was in bed....

And all of a sudden I was on stage with a guitar I could barely hold.

"Y/n, get down!" Hanni yelled.

"Seriously, what the fuck are you doing?!" Minji's screams were fading in and out.
