Because of traffic, it took an hour more than it should have but we were finally at my childhood house and I have never been so excited to be here before but just because nandini was with me, I was ecstatic.
Unbuckling I look over to find my little baby sleeping, she looked so sweet. she had just fallen a sleep a bit ago and I am not going to wake her up so I get out of the car closing the door silently walking over to her door. I unbuckled her and carefully pick her up and out of the car
Kicking the door with my leg I walk to the door, it took a minute to punch in the code because i didn't wanna wake up nandini. Walking up to my room once I got in the house, I place nandini on the bed covering her with blankets
"You are so beautiful baby" I whisper kissing her head and her lips
She curls up against my side as I sat there for a bit. Turning the air conditioning on, I place a couple pillows around her before shutting the lights and walking outside.
I grabbed our luggage up to our room placing it in one corner because I know if I make a lot of noise nandini will wake up so I just left it in one corner
"So you are here" I hear my mother's voice when I come down to the living room
"Yeah" I mumble
"I still haven't received the cheque" she says
"And you won't so don't count on it" I reply
"Manik that was the deal we had, you go to Mumbai and I get cheques on a daily" she utters
Its true, I couldn't live here anymore and when my music started getting some fame I asked her to go to Mumbai and she disagreed until I got my first deal.
"Yes we did have that deal nyonika but you see you did call my girl names and I am not going to have that so now you can go earn your own money"
"So that bitch means more than me now?" She asks and I swear my anger was increasing
"Stop calling my girl names" my jaw was locked, tightened as I blurt that out
"Oh fuck that, she is just another one of the hoes you can find in a club, there is nothing special about her" she yells a little
"Maniiii" nandini's voice reaches my ear and I blocked everything else out
I got up from the couch and saw her rubbing her eyes as she stands on top of the stairwell
"Manik" she calls again
"Shh open your eyes and walk carefully" I say
Hearing me she opens one eye and walks downstairs holding onto the side of the stairs.
As soon as she reaches the bottom few stairs she reaches her arms out for me making me smile as I step up and grab onto her picking her up in my arms
"Thats not fair, you leave me alone in the room" she complains
"Baby you were sleeping, I didn't wanna disturb you" I whisper sitting down with her in my arms
"Yes but you shouldn't have let me sleep mani, I won't be able to sleep tonight and its bad not waking up to you"
"Im sorry, won't happen again and I can stay up with you at night okay?"
She nods closing her eyes again, her hand fisting my t shirt.
"So this is the bitch"
"SAY THAT ONE MORE FUCKING TIME I DARE YOU" I say looking right at her
hearing me nandini also jumps up and I hate that I scared her but fuck, I can't be in this women's presence
"Manik she is just a random girl and you are"
"No, she is my girlfriend and you are just a random person who is somehow biologically related to me now move the fuck on nyonika" I utter out
"She is your mother?" Nandini asks
"Unfortunately yeah" I say
A smirk covers her face for some reason and thats never good because nandini's head can think of things I can't even imagine
"Majiiiiiii" she screams running up to my mother and hugging her
"Ewwww brat, let me gooo" nyonika yells trying to move away
"Maji mujhai laf kar dijiye mai essai kapdo mai apkai samnai ghum rahi hu" she screams and no not the normal one, her scream was screechy
"Let me gooo you imbecile"
"Imbecile woh kya hota hai" nandini asks like she really didn't know making me chuckle a little
"Manik this creature off me" nyonika says
"Creature kon hai? Maji mujhai paka beta bohot pasand hai kya ap meri shadi karwayengi unsai?" She asks
"Who?" Nyonika asks continuing to pull away but gosh nandini's grip was so tight on her
"Yeh, insai, mai nam ni lai paungi par ap karwa dijiye na, mai kaise rahungi inkai bine"
"Nandini get away from me" she says harsher
"Get away woh kya hota hai. Ap samjho na" she mumble grabbing nyonika's hand placing it on her stomach
"Bacha pal raha hai inka meri kok mai" she says
"What? Nandini what the hell?" I chuckle
She looks over and winks at me, oh my god, this girl is beyond anything
"Manik is she serious?" Nyonika asks
"Ji bilkul, Bacha inka hai ap puch lijiye" she says
"Manik what the fuck?"
"Shut it, and you upstairs with me now" I say to nandini pointing at her
"Dekh lijiye maji yeh mujhai Nahin chodengai ap please han bol dijiie na, mujhai sara kam ata hai sab please ap han bol do, yeh apna nam dai degnai please"
"Okay fine get away, god so fucking annoying" she mumbles
"Thank you maji, apkai liye kuch banau"
"No, god this is so ahh" she stomps out of the house and I look over at nandini
"You little devil" I yell after her as she giggles running up the stairs
"Hahaha mani no" she laughs
"Pregnant huh?" I ask grabbing her
"Ahhhh ahahaha noooo hahah let me go mani" she giggles
"You are a drama queen" I say kissing her nose as I sit on he bed with her on my lap
"She ran away like a headless chicken" she laughs making me chuckle as well
"You said you were pregnant" I repeat
"But I could be" she says grabbing my hand putting it on her stomach
"Yeah? I don't hear anything or feel any movement" I tell her
"Thats because she sleeping"
"Nandini"
"Okay fine, I am not but soon okay" she says kissing my lips
"Baby that wasn't nice"
"But you see she ran away and she also gave us blessings to get married"
Caressing her cheeks I peck her lips shaking my head at her drama.
