you were sitting outside on a bench while playing a stupid mini game on your phone. you actually wanted to meet up with the others. it had been a week since you last saw each other, which wasn't much in your opinion, but apparently, you were the only one who thought so.

the original plan was that you would come to their school, and from there, you would all go downtown to stroll around a bit and maybe get something to eat. maybe go to a coffee shop too, but somehow no one was here, but you and that confused you a bit. you even went to their rooms, but no one was there either.

you didn't really know what to do in a situation like this. you were the one who always arrived late, so you weren't sure what the protocol was. after you send an sms to satoru that you were already there and not getting an answer after a while, you decided to wait outside for a bit until you decided what to do next. maybe i should call one of them...

"who are you, and what are you doing here?" you heard the stern voice of a man suddenly say.

you looked up from your phone to see who it was. a teacher, perhaps? you hadn't met any staff from the school yet. "my mother told me not to talk to strangers, especially if they are men." you answered while you continued playing the game, hoping that he would leave you alone. "especially if they are men with weird beards." you added.

yaga looked at you a little confused. it wasn't because you were in the wrong, but he had the feeling that you didn't really mean what you said. after all, teenagers didn't really listen to what their parents said anymore. he ignored the comment on his beard. "you still can't be on these grounds unless you are a student of this school." he replied, seriously wondering how you made it here in the first place.

"of course i can, i'm doing it right now." you replied slightly sarcastic and continued to get on his nerves. something finally occurred to you as you remembered that there weren't many teachers on this campus. "you're a teacher, right? any idea where the first years are?"

now, that made more sense. you were friends with his students. probably the person satoru was talking about possibly joining the school. he didn't know who to expect until today. "they have detention. if you couldn't reach them, it's because i confiscated their cell phones."

how great. you threw your head back in disappointment. you always thought that the school was a stupid hangout, but unfortunately, you were the only one who felt that way since you were also the only one who had to walk all the way up here and today you did that for absolutely no reason. "well, how long until they get out?"

"three hours."

you looked at him incredulously. three hours? did they kill somebody?  "that's unfortunate. but good for you because i'm gonna leave now. goodbye."

after you turned to leave the compound, yaga spotted the mark on your neck, which explained your non-existent curse energy that he was being wary of. "so you belong to the raiden clan." he said, looking at you with interest, though his expression remained the same on the outside. "satoru didn't mention that to me when he told me about a possible new student."
