Your alarm clock rang. You shut it off, and get out of bed. You start to get ready for your first day of the new school year. You're a second year at Aoba Johsai. You're not too thrilled but you still are happy to see your friends.
You put on your uniform, got shoes on, packed your bag, and got your lunch. You walk out the door heading towards school. Going to school you notice other students walking, but you didn't pay attention to them.
You get to school, walking into the building, and switching your outdoor shoes to your indoor ones. You walk up the stairs and try to find class 2-B. You walk past the other students trying to find their classes. Finally finding your class, you walk in and sit down at a desk. As time goes by more and more students walk in.
"Hey (Y/N)!" You look to see who it was. It was Watari. The two of you have grown close since you both were in the same class last year, and now this year too.
"Oh hey. How was your summer," You ask him.
"It was great. I trained for volleyball more. This year we are going to make it to nationals."
"I hope you guys do."
All of a sudden we both hear girls squealing in the hall. "I guess Oikawa's here," Watari said.
"Yeah, I mean he always has girls squealing over him. I wonder how he even goes out in public without being chased by a mob of fangirls."
"I don't know either. I'm surprised you haven't fallen for his charms."
"I really don't care about him. He's fake and that's all that matters."
"Finally, a girl with common sense in this school." I chuckled at his comment.
The teacher walked into the room and class was about to begin. She greeted us and we greeted her back. The rest of the day was just her telling us what is expected in each subject. It was boring nonetheless, but I still paid attention.
The bell rang and class was over. Everyone jumped out of their seats heading towards a club.
"All right (Y/N), I'm going to volleyball practice. See you later."
"Bye Watari!" You ran towards the photography room since you were in the photography club. The photography clubs and the yearbook club help each other out since you take pictures for the yearbook.
Opening the door and walking in you were greeted by the President of the club, Hayato. He was a close friend of yours. He was a third year and was also in the gardening club. He was always one of those people who loves the outdoors. When he does go to the gardening club, he usually takes pictures for the yearbook.
"Hey (Y/N), long time no see."
"Yeah, how was your summer?"
"I went to my grandparent's house for a few weeks and helped out. How was yours?"
"Boring, I did nothing besides redecorate my room."
"That's something at least. Oh, by the way, Tsubaki is going to take over halfway through today because I have gardening club also."
"That's fine." You and Tsubaki didn't always get along, but sometimes you did. I depended on the day. Tsubaki is also a third year, and she is also the Vice President. "How many days a week will you be here?"
"I will be here on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. Tuesdays and Thursdays I will be at gardening. On those days Tsubaki will take over. Make sure you try and get along with her."
"I'll try."
For the remainder of your time at the club, you introduced yourselves to the first years. They were nice and seemed interested. Time went by and everyone left. You promised Hayato to get closer to Tsubaki, so you helped her out with organizing and cleaning the room. You said your goodbyes and left the classroom.
Walking to the shoe lockers to switch your shoes, you notice it started to rain. 'Danm, I thought the forecast said no rain.' You walk outside to see it downpouring. You sigh and proceed to walk in the rain. 'Now I might get sick since I didn't bring an umbrella.' The rain was cold and your uniform was soaked.
You hear footsteps behind you and a voice,"Hey, did you forget an umbrella?" You look behind you to see Oikawa giving his famous smile he gives to all of his fangirls.
"I didn't think it would rain today."
"Here, take mine. My house isn't that far anyway." He handed you his umbrella. "I'm guessing you know my name since we go to the same school. But, I don't know yours."
"I'm (Y/N), and I don't need your umbrella. I can just walk without it."
"But you might get sick. We don't want that now do we." He proceeded to wink at you.
"Fine, only cause you wanted me to." You take his umbrella and start to walk home.

【Oikawa's POV】
I saw a girl walking by herself. Why does she not have an umbrella? She's wearing a Seijoh uniform. She must be one of my fangirls, I mean what girl doesn't love me? I walk up to her and say," Hey, did you forget an umbrella?" The girl turned around. She had (S/T) (Skin tone), (H/C) (Hair color) hair, and (E/C) (Eye color) eyes. I smiled at her.
"I didn't think it would rain today." That's odd, it was all over the news.
"Here, take mine. My house isn't that far anyway." I handed her my umbrella. "I'm guessing you know my name since we go to the same school. But, I don't know yours."
"I'm (Y/N), and I don't need your umbrella. I can just walk without it."
"But you might get sick. We don't want that now do we." She kind of has an attitude. Maybe she's not one of my fangirls.
"Fine, only cause you wanted me to." She took the umbrella from my hand and proceeded to walk away. (Y/N) huh, what a pretty name. I wonder what year she is? Who are her friends? I want to know more about her. The more I think about her the more I start to like her more and more.
