This chapter will include touching and beautiful moments, but something unexpected will happen at the end. Just to know and prepare.

"Mommy! Daddy!" Sarah jumps to her parents who are just walking in. "You are back!"

Lily appears, smiling, who has been watching over Sarah until now.

"Hey honey," Jenice speaks to her calmly. "Were you a good girl while we were gone?"

The little girl nods and Lily smiles.

"She was a good girl. Just like she always is," Lily says.

"Mommy! Daddy! So have you been to the doctor? What did they tell you? I want to know everything."

"Oh, my!" Jenice and the other two adults laugh, she pulls the ultrasound pictures from her purse. "Get ready to hear something you probably don't expect."

"What?" The little girl raises on tiptoe to see the pictures, and her mother knelt down to show her better.

Lily seems very curious, and came closer.

Nikki has a grin on his face, looking at the scene.

"Look here," Jenice is running her index finger through the pictures.

"I can't see anything," Sarah shrugs with a disheartened face.

"Look closely," her mother speaks to her gently. "There are two small dots."

Lily's eyes widen, and she puts a hand to her surprised mouth. Then she looks at Nikki and Jenice who are beaming with bliss and joy.

"Two?" Sarah is still perplexed, looking at the pictures.

"Yes, honey, two," says Jenice. "Looks like you won't have just one sibling. But two siblings!"

"What?!" Sarah cries of surprise with her mouth wide open. "Mommy... Are you going to have two babies?"

"Yes, honey," Jenice can't rule her tears.

"You will have twin siblings," Nikki tells her, kneeling down.

"This is wonderful!" Sarah jumps up with joy. "I only asked you for one baby... But now there are two!"

"Such a surprise," Jenice smiles widely.

Sarah jumps into the arms of both her parents, hugging them tightly.

Afterwards, she jumps into Lily's arms, expressing her happiness.

"I will have two siblings! But wait a minute..." She spins, her eyes fixed on her parents. "What are these babies? Girls... Boys?"

"We don't know that yet, honey," Jenice giggles. "It's too early. When we find out, be sure you will too. You can have two sisters, two brothers or one sister and one brother. We'll find out in a few months."

"I can't wait!" Sarah says excitedly and runs upstairs, probably to her room.

Lily walks up to the couple and confesses frankly:

"Congratulations. Such news is a blessing. I imagine both of you are very happy."

"Thank you Lily," Jenice goes and hugs her. "Yes, we are really are thrilled. We can't wait to hold the little ones. We have a long way to go until then. I'm only 6 weeks old."

"Time runs out quickly like sand in an hourglass," smiles the elderly woman. "In the blink of an eye, you will have your babies in your arms."

"We can't wait for that," says Nikki, smiling at his wife.
