Dull

Angel has never been beaten by her parents .just sometime when she did something wrong but this particular day was different !she did not know what her offense was when she was giving the hottest slap of her life.
Angel was on Christmas holiday her neighbor came back .and anytime he came back he bought sweets and biscuits for his children including her ,so that day he gave her own share with a tube of ice cream she was so happy because at least she has something to eat that Christmas her family was not the type to celebrate Christmas,they never went out just stay indoor everybody doing what they like. it was so boring for angel what happened to that family that always celebrated Christmas and went out as a family ?that family was no more ,just bunch of boring people.it was really irritating for her she couldn't bear it so she made sure she used every little opportunity to go out from the house .
If only she knew ,she would had stayed back ,that day her sister went to buy fuel from the gas station so that they would burn something at the backyard ,my dad was sitting outside so I decided to follow her we wasted time because they did not have what we wanted but at last we later found and bought the fuel on our way coming back we bought sweets and juice for ourselves .
We went back home and my dad started questioning my sister where she went to ,she said she went to by fuel but he didn't hear her .so I decided to speak up"she went to buy fuel" I said ,then he looked at me and asked if I was the one he questioned .I shook my head as I was about to answer he walked towards me and slapped me about to slap me again my sister pushed me back I was really stunned that  day .I didn't move for some time ,my sister was the one that dragged me back from my trance i stared at him with so much hatred in my eye i wondered what I did wrong ,I didn't say anything bad ,I just answered the damn question that was asked that had to be the worst Christmas ever I didn't even talk to him ,he tried apologizing but I didn't want to hear it he said he was angry and your child was the right person to direct it at ?it's not right at all.
It didn't even feel like Christmas non of the Christmas ever felt like Christmas because it was all dull ,that was what I felt dull just me ,myself and I.....I watched people status of how they went out with their family ,enjoyed themselves got what they wanted ,was it that hard for them to see that I was breaking apart little by little ?that love and attention was never there everybody just trying to live their best life .
It was always annoying and disgusting that was how I always felt around them ,like I don't belong here maybe I was really adopted.

Wow angel actually opened up here on how she feels about her own family 😪🥲💔what do you guys think angel should do ?
