Vanity had been back for less than three hours and already she was in the nearest phone booth. Her and Sid stood cramped together as she tried to remember her Grandma's phone number whist sid kissed up her neck which was quite distracting.

"02049 11- no that's not right" she huffed. "02049 481- no that's not it either...." She hummed as she tried to remember it. Trying to recall the last time she called her Grandma. She wouldn't have to call her however she had no money at all, and she knew her grandma would happily oblige....

Sid had began to move Vanitys hair out of the way and kiss behind her ear which slightly irritated her "Sid! I'm trying to focus here so please let me think" she scoffed, Sid stopped kissing her neck however wrapped his arms around her waist from the back and placed his chin on her shoulder.

After another five minutes she finally remembered a number she could try, she punched the number in and it sure enough it went through, ringing a few times before it was picked up.

"Hello" the sweet, warm voice of her grandma came through the phone making Vanity sigh of relief.

"Grandma? It's me. It's Vanity!" She spoke shakily, hoping her grandma wouldn't be angry at her for not calling in forever.

"Oh...hello Vanity. I haven't heard from you since you left how are you my love?" She asked, Vanity giggled and replied "oh I'm great, hey you'll never guess what"

"What?"

"I'm married" Vanity lied, Sid didn't even bat an eye at her saying she was married.

"Married? To who?" Her grandma asked astounded "Sid, you know Sid Vicious from the Sex Pistols?" Vanity said, Sid put his face closer to the receiver and shouted down "Hello Ma!" He said cheerfully even though he'd never even met Vanitys grandma, however she still heard her grandma scoff down the phone "him? Oh no Vanity you've not gotten taken up with him have you?"

Vanity laughed shortly "well umm, yeah but me and Sid are like really happy and umm we just got married and well I was wondering if you wanted to send us a wedding present?" She suggested casually, not realising how cheeky and rude she sounded and honestly she didn't really care.

There was a pause "well honestly Vanity I don't see why I should send you anything when I didn't even get an invite to your wedding" her grandma said sternly however Vanity was eager to get this money "No no Grandma, listen we umm, we didn't invite anyone it was a really spontaneous decision." Vanity said which seemed to convince her grandma a bit as she sighed.

"What did you have in mind?" Her Grandma asked "well nothing too fancy just ummm" Vanity pretened to think "how about we forget the presents and you can just give us a little bit of spending money?" She suggested, her grandma was a very nice and understanding woman. She also understood love and was very accepting of people that her grandchildren were dating, but she knew all too well about Sid Vicious, and she knew he was on drugs.

She also didn't need to know what Vanity was doing, she could tell by her voice she was also doing drugs because that's the exact same voice Vanitys mum used when she needed money.

"To spend on what?" Her grandma asked "oh ya know, when we go on our honeymoon" Vanity replied getting more agitated.

"Vanity I'm not giving you any money" her grandmother replied, Vanitys brows furrowed and a sour look appeared on her face "why not?" She asked.

"Vanity you're not really married are you come on how stupid do you think I am?" Her grandma scolded her. "I am so married"
