13 - Date Night

I was just getting finished getting ready and coming down the stairs from my room when there was a knock on my door, and I smiled. I knew Steve was here. I fidgeted with my hair and did a quick check in the mirror by the door. I smiled when I opened the door and saw Steve standing there.

He was in blue jeans, a cable knit sweater and jacket. He said dress warm, so I did the same. I was in black jeans, converse shoes, a slight V-neck purple sweater and I grabbed my jacket from the hook.

"Hey. You ready?" Steve asked and I nodded. He reached his hand out and I smiled placing mine in his as I shut the door. We walked to his car, and he opened my car door for me. Once we were both in the car, Steve pulled out from the driveway.

"So, all you did was text me earlier and told me to dress warm...where are we going? Iceland?" I asked and he laughed.

"No, I promise not Iceland but I'm keeping it a surprise." Steve said glancing at me and smirking. He held my hand the whole time we were driving, and I realized the way he was going but he certainly wasn't taking me where I thought he was.

He pulled into the parking lot, and I looked at him. "The pumpkin patch? My pumpkin patch?" I asked and Steve chuckled getting out of the car and then coming around to open my door.

"I know it might seem cheesy since you are here every day, all day, but...just trust me." Steve said and I nodded.

"Always." I said as we walked to the back of the building that was the store and I saw Thor standing there.

"Hey little one." Thor said and I smiled.

"Hey Thor, what's going on?" I asked.

"Well, I knew John wouldn't help me get everything ready for our date, so I asked Thor the other day when I planned this out." Steve said and Thor nodded.

"And it's all done. Flashlights -..." Thor said handing them to Steve. "There are also lanterns on the table. The firepit is ready to get started. And the thermos of hot cider is on the table." Thor said and Steve just nodded with everything he said.

"And food?" Steve asked.

"Marshmallows are by the fire pit and pizza is on its way." Thor said and I just smiled shaking my head.

"You really thought of everything." I said to Steve, and he shrugged.

"I do what I can." Steve said.

"Well, I'm going to head out. You two have everything you need?" Thor asked.

"Yeah, and if we don't I think I know the owner well enough she will let me take whatever I need." I said and both guys chuckled. Thor smiled with a small nod and walked away. I looked at Steve.

"You realize I have never been here at night. Not like this." I said and Steve smiled.

"Well, I'm happy you are here with me." Steve said. We both just stood there for a second and Steve smiled.

"You gone through the maze yet?" Steve asked and I shook my head.

"No, been meaning to but been busy." I said and Steve took my hand again and he turned on the flashlights and we headed down to the maze.

Once we were done in the maze, the pizza had arrived, so we sat and ate, when we were done eating, we grabbed 2 pumpkins from the patch and carved them while we drank the cider. The night was so nice, we were finally sitting by the firepit on a bench Thor moved over to be near it. We were cuddled under and blanket together. My head was on his shoulder and his head was on mine.

"This has really been a perfect night." I said, I could feel Steve smile as he lifted his head, and I lifted mine. He looked down at me. I saw him slowly leaning in and I slightly licked my lips, I knew what was coming and I was ready for it. His lips connected to mine gently and as cheesy as it may sound, kissing Steve felt like home, it felt like a safe space and someplace I always wanted to be. I felt his tongue skimmed my bottom lip and I moaned as I opened and allowed our tongues to dance together in perfect harmony. As we made out Steve placed a hand on my cheek that he slid around the back of my neck to hold me to him. When we broke apart to catch our breath, I just looked at Steve.

"Can we get somewhere that isn't...here?" I asked and Steve nodded. We put out the fire and cleaned everything up as quickly as possible. We hurried to Steve's car and before he could open the door, he pinned me against the car and was passionately kissing me again. I wrapped my arms around his neck, and he pulled me flush against him and I could already feel how ready he was through his pants, and I moaned.

"Your place is closer." Steve said once we broke apart and I nodded as we got in the car, and he quickly drove to my house. Once we got inside Steve pinned me against the front door as we started shedding jackets and shirts. "Bedroom?" Steve asked barely breaking our kiss apart. I pointed up the stairs as we started walking up the stairs. Halfway up he pinned me against the wall and passionately kissed me again. We continued making out to my room. Once into the room Steve pushed me back to the bed, when my knees hit it, he let me fall. I looked up at him and smiled. He leaned down over me and kissed me as he reached and started to unhook my jeans, once he had the button and zipper undone, I helped him as I shimmed out of them along with my panties as I laid on the bed. I also reached behind me to remove my bra as he worked on getting out of his pants. Once we were both undressed Steve pounced on me on the bed causing me to laugh as he wrapped an arm around my waist and helped me move up on the bed, so my head was on the pillows.

"I have been dreaming about this..." Steve said to me as he hovered over me.

"Good thing I wasn't the only one. So, what do you say we make our dreams a reality?" I asked and Steve smiled. He started kissing my neck as he slowly inserted inside of me, and I arched my back feeling him bottom out in me. It was better than everything I ever could have imagined or dreamed. I felt Steve nip my neck as he started moving. I wrapped my arms around to his back and held on as he thrusted. He started off slowly but soon he was thrusting with fervor, and I cried out his name as he did. This seemed to spur him on more and I loved the sensation of him inside of me and I didn't want to lose it.

God this was something we both obviously had been putting off for a while with each other. "Not how I saw tonight going." I said and he smiled.

"You disappointed?" Steve asked and I laughed shaking my head. I then placed my head on his chest with a sigh.

"Not in the slightest." I said and he smiled even though I wasn't looking. The room feels into a comfortable silence.

**STEVE POV**

I heard her breathing steadily and she had her head on my chest. I was running my fingertips up and down her bareback as she slept. This would have been a perfect scenario had I not been holding the secret that I was about what I was doing behind her back for my job.

I would need to tell her before it got too out of control and before she found out from the wrong person or in the wrong situation.
