Hard feelings

-Mother?

The woman stepped into the flat. She looked all over me, judging every piece of clothes I had on. She looked for a minute or 2 having that no emotion face on herself all the time.

-At least he left u with a good taste. U look good.

I raise my eyebrow, looking now at her.

-I know.

I crossed the arms and waited for her conversation to start.

-I wanted to talk to u. Previous conversation was bad, I think.

-U think?

I frowned reminding all the nasty things she told me and I didn't like the feeling of them all. The rebellious part of me was so pissed off on her that I wanted to shower her off my flat.

-I don't have much time, speak.

I said looking sad and angry.

-U don't have time for u mother? Where are u going?

-It doesn't matter where I am going, I have 10 minutes, so I am listening to u.

-U won't invite me even to sit?

I gasped in annoyance letting her join me at the kitchen table.

She looked around and she knew this flat was great but she had no idea how good I was living. I was happy to see her impressed but only to make her calm down and leave me alone.

-I saw u were clubbing with u friend.

-Who told u?

-His mom. I discovered that through my friends what are u doing.

-Are u expecting us to talk after what u told me?

-Don't exaggerate please Luna.

-What? Are u normal? Do u remember what did u tell me that day? Have u though how I would feel myself?

-U can take it, I know.

-What? Are u kidding me?

I was furious at this point.

I lost some piece of me that evening and she wasn't carrying as always. I was broken one more time and somehow injustice ate the piece of understanding of what is going on...

-Why did u come?

I finally asked her.

-I want u to consider marrying u friend?

-What? Are u crazy? He is my friend.

-And what? U will make a great couple and he likes u a lot. I saw that on him.

I knew he had feelings for me a long time ago. We talked it out and were left as best friends for better. No romantic staff involved between us, only once an innocent kiss but it was when we were teens.

-I am not marrying him. Do u like someone?

She asked scanning my face. I looked blank.

-It's not u business.

-Oh really, u like smb.

She looked impressed, for the first time in her life. I was more sad at this point, fixing my bracelet on my hand.

-So, I want to end this conversation right now, I am no marrying anyone, I am soon leaving for Seoul to some work project I received. I told it for u just to know the info and not making u look like a fool in front of u friends. That's it. I want u to get the point that those words u told me that phone call deeply hurt me and I hope one day u will understand that, until then, I don't have more time for u.
