In a vain effort to escape the various enchanted gazes of the other half of the clan standing starstruck in the doorway, I weakly excused myself and the other two embarrassed women beside me to check on the wedding proceedings. Luckily for us, Tao and Hakyeon called up the stairs, taking the oblivious werewolves out of their spell of whatever they called looking at women like you hadn't seen anything female in ten years, who instead wagged their fluffy tails wildly and let their ears move so much it messed up their freshly groomed hair. I was blushing when my fiancé finally collected me to take me to the wedding spot and wait for Ken to conduct a fairly suitable, most importantly legal wedding ceremony, clothed in a slim fit black suit and surprisingly, navy converse because being a doctor obviously meant you didn't have to own a pair of nice dress shoes. However, before that, we all leaned in to listen to the latest scoop on bipolar wolf prince Kris Wu, apparently he had a girlfriend, or so Minseok told Luhan during their 'extremely boring night shift in the neurology ward of utter hell', okay maybe Luhan was exaggerating about how boring his night shift was but still it was worth listening in. "So, Minseok was going to request that he stop this ridiculous fight with you guys becasue he isn't getting anywhere right now and is just making himself look stupid among the other clans, the he heard a female voice coming from the boss's office, rather his ensuite bedroom and there was a real live girl in there! Baozi said she was speaking confident mandarin, therefore she had Chinese parents or descended from Chinese roots, had the most alluring ruby eyes with a pair of midnight black cat ears and a long, silky but disheveled tail, you get the idea.", Luhan explained excitedly, ears keening. Tao faceplamed, signalling to the eager pup to shut his flapping lips, in order to get married in the midst of the shocked members who acted like their friend Minseok had shared the formula for world domination in those very words. Scowling, Ken suddenly appeared to pull the disgruntled wolves out of the room since they weren't going to go willingly for clear reasons as wolves loved to gossip wildly, wishing to get the wedding over asap so he could get back to his own business instead of marrying another pair of 'giggling newlyweds that didn't need marrying to behave like newlyweds'.
"Huang Zitao, do you promise to love, protect and do everything with Misumi Jung? To guard her child and your first son ect, hyung I can't be bothered to say it all I'm sorry, but do you?", Ken asked soberly. Tao smiled and simply replied, "Yes, I do." He turned to me and grinned, I don't know what at but gosh it must have been good to break the somber Lee Jaehwan's responsible intentions, "You know the gab Noona, you did this before, do you take Huang Zitao as your husband is all I legally have to say if you understand what the bond entails. Do you take him as your husband?" Signing quietly, I almost slapped the guy and fly kicked him in the leg but I had to keep my composure for now, "Yes, I do. I'll deal with you later.", I answered happily, plotting his gruesome demise to take if I felt like it. Zitao's lips crashed upon mine without a thought, it was heaven to be claimed by the man who loved me and would give my son the best life possible for a race that lived in constant conflict, Zeto kicked and that was when I realise that marrying Tao was the best choice I ever made besides being a mother.
