Koneko had been released from the hospital. Rin had made sure he made it home safe. After he left he decided he needed to go home. To the church he grew up in. Rin stood in front of the gates. He couldn't enter unless the wrads were brought down. Rins anger flared. His own home wanted to keep him out. Rin reached out his hand. He could feel the power in front of him, the barrier that kept him out. He pushed his flames though that barrier. The symbols carved into the walls and gate burst into blue flames. Rin pulled his power back. The wards around gates and walls were stronger than before but they were his. They would not keep him out and would let nothing though.
           The hairs on the back of Rins neck stood up. He felt power. Something more than he had ever felt beside Maphisto or satan himself.  Rin turned around quickly and saw a man standing in the shadows. "Who there?" Rin called out. The man began to move forward  slowly. "Don't be afraid, I only want to talk." The man stepped into the light. It seemed to radiate from him. He had long blond hair, high cheek bones and piercing green eyes. Rin swallowed, but his mouth was dry. Surprisingly his voice came out sturdy "Who are you and what do you want?" "I am Lucifer, king of light. Maphisto has been hiding you behind his shields. Time runs short, will you hear what I have to say young prince?" "Then stop pouring your power over me." My apologies. He Said as calmed himself. Rin took a deep breath. "I have one question, what do you want with me? "You have been brainwashed." Lucifer said. "Gahanna is nothing like what the humans have told you. Samuel has misguided you for his own purposes He sealed your flames, left you weak and at the mercy of the same wretched humans who burned your mother alive. There is nothing in Ahssia for you. Samuel leads you to ruin, I would have you lead my army." Have I  been Brainwashed? What am I  fighting for? Has everything I've been told just another lie? Rin responded "I don’t know how to lead an army. "Then I will teach you." Lucifer said. "I was told that you want to destroy Assiah. teach humans there place."Rin said. " we want you home. And if the only way to do that is to bring the exorcists to their knees, I will." Lucifer stated.  " the first demon I met was astaroth and he tried to kill me. How can I trust anything you say." Rin stated. Lucifer answered smoothly "None of us are happy with his behavior but in his defense you did punch him in the face. "I may have, but he Insulted my brother. Of course, now I know Yukio wasn't going to school to be a doctor." "I don’t know how to make you trust me, but you belong in Gahanna." Lucifer responded. "I won't abandon my brother, Yukio belongs in Assiah." Rin stated. "I wish no harm to your brother. But he has been brainwashed too. You may have inherited fathers flames but demon blood runs through your brothers veins. He may belong to Assiah but he is one of ours." Lucifer said firmly. 'He wouldn't agree with you." Rin replied. "Come home, join us. Fight with us." Lucifer answered "so I'm a just weapon to you too." Rin said. Lucifer was concerned "What have the humans done to you?" "Just leave, I want to go talk with my real father." "Satan is your real father. " Lucifer said. "Just leave." Rin repeated. "Think about what I have said." With that, Lucifer snapped his fingers and was gone.
