For two years in Japan, wala akong ginawa kundi ang mag-moveon.

Ilang ocassions na rin ang namiss out ko dahil dito, like spending Christmas with the family and anything else. Dahil lang ayaw kong makasama si Alliana.

She's now Kuya Persiah's wife kaya hindi madali sakin ang iwasan siya, lalo na't parte na siya ng pamilya namin. I thought being away is the only solution.

But I was wrong.

Damn this.

"Finally, nakauwi na ang bunso ko!" Mommy exclaimed out of excitement.

"Hello, Daddy." Niyakap ko na rin si Daddy.

"I missed you, sis." Si kuya Primiel.

"I missed you too, kuya." Nakangiti kong sambit.

They looked like a happy couple. I don't know what to feel but to be happy with them, I guess?

She's always on news, social medias, magazines and everywhere I go.

The sun dipped below the horizon, casting a warm, golden glow over the mansion. It's already the golden skies. My heart is pounding in anticipation as I looked at the woman infront of me. Amidst the people around us, her eyes locked only at me— the one who had once held my heart.

As if time stood still, we are just forcing to approached each other. My breath caught as memories flooded back, echoing laughter and shared dreams of us. Alliana have a mixture of surprise in her eyes.

"Hello, Alli." I uttered the name.

I just forced myself to smile at her. I don't want to act ridiculously.

"Hi, Crest." She smiled at umiwas ng tingin.

A smile tugged at the corners of my mouth. "Alliana," i replied, the weight of years and unspoken words hanging in the air. "Congrats and nice to see you again."

Beside her is Kuya Persiah, her husband, observed the encounter with a knowing smile. He gently squeezed Alliana's hand, a silent reassurance that bridged the past and present. Opposite of them, Kuya Primiel, wore a curious yet understanding expression.

Am I being awkward? No!

"It's been two year," kuya Persiah acknowledged, a subtle mixture of nostalgia in his tone.

I nodded and gazed around the mansion. "So much has changed, yet some things feel like yesterday."

The dinner went smoothly and thanked God I survived the whole evening without messing everything up.

My brothers are all excited about my different adventures in Japan. While my parents, they're the opposite. They are more concern and worried about me, kasi hindi ko talaga sila ina-update patungkol sa mga nangyayari sakin doon.

She also changed, her hairstyle and everything. I heard from Mom that she's living in States with Kuya Persiah. Umuwi sila dito ng Pilipinas for business purposes.

Madami.

Just what I planned, I don't want to spend my night here in my parent's.

"We're inside a room full of handsome billionaires. Find a catch!" My bestfriend insisted.

"Wala parin akong type." Bored kong sagot.

"Hindi ka ba nakakaramdam?" She rolled her eyes.

"What?"

"I'm right, hindi nga." She sighed. "Almost all the billionaires are staring at you!"

Talaga ba?

Then there's that one person that I had noticed.

"Who's that?" I asked my bestfriend.

"Ohh, he's Adam Rouge, he's actually a good catch. He's one of the richest people here in the Philippines and also-"

"Not him."

"Sino?" She's confused.

"Her." I pointed the woman beside him.

"It's his wife, silly!"

"His wife? Sayang." Natawa ako.

"How much do you think she value for a night?" I asked her.

"I forgot."

"Wala ka ba talagang balak mag-asawa?" Jesca asked.

Natawa ako. "Yes, I wanted to get marry. But right now, I don't have that in mind. I still wanted to enjoy while I'm still young."

"You're not young. You're almost in your 30s." Ang asar niya.

I rolled my eyes at her.

"So? Ano ang mga pinagkakaabalahan mo ngayon?" She asked me.

"Planning to get back in modeling and also, I wanted to try showbiz."

"It's a nice idea!" She proudly exclaimed.

I laughed. "Para may pagkakaabalahan ako."

"Kaya mahihirapan kang makahanap ng asawa mo nyan." Panay pilit niya talaga sakin na mag-asawa na.

"Money can make everything easier." Sambit ko.

Tinawanan niya ako.

"I wanted to go in Manila."
