"You need to call this party off," I boldly told my stepbrother in the kitchen.

He cocked his head attractively, with thin eyes scrutinizing me. His upper lip curled up in that seductive habit that I had become familiar with.

"And why would I do that?" He murmured, his eyes were like a come-to-bed stunning, and damn if I didn't wet my panties.

Get it together, Madison said in my insidious voice.

And I almost did as she commanded until Caden went on and said something that left me breathing hard and fast before him. "Will you be my snack to eat for tonight?"

He hates you. Don't forget that. I was reminded by my subconscious.

That was enough to get me replaying all those hateful things he did to me.

I shake my head to clear his spell before I nearly yell, "What is wrong with you?"

That's strong, that's what I am talking about. My subconscious commented.

Yes, I know.

I can resist him.

"But isn't it what you want?" He shrugged, looking effortlessly gorgeous without a shirt on.

You don't care! He can be angelic; he doesn't deserve you. Again, my subconscious reminds me.

Afraid someone might hear him, I retort in a low tone: "Shut up, Caden. There are people." My eyes wander around, making sure no one is giving attention to us. Luckily, we're alone, and damn now I get why there are girls in bikinis and boys in shorts.

The Jacuzzi was set, and the weather was getting very windy, blowing in breeze through the open windows and doors.

"You never cared about them when you fell in love with me." He snorts.

Why did I tell him that? Why did I give him that? He wasn't worthy of it.

With thick bitterness in my throat, I demand him to: "Stop it."

But he kept on that charming devilish smirk, looking side by side around the room while he threw insult down on me: "Why? Honestly, I thought it was okay to say it out loud. Isn't it something normal for siblings to get married?"

"Stepsib..." I begin to correct, but he cut me off with his index finger pressed over my lips.

"Shhh. Don't worry I won't let people know how much of a hungry whore you are for your brother's dick. I swear. Your secret stays with me." He crookedly chuckled and snatched his finger from my parted lips.

I hate him, why did I ever think I love him?

"You can say all that you make yourself believe, but you are at fault just as I am."

His lips twitch as if he is going to say something, but then they spread into a malicious smile as the wind hits his perfect healthy hair and he simply says: "This party is just getting started, kid."

With a sharp and murderous glare, I shook my head at him before dismissing myself from the asshole who doesn't know how to make use of life.

I will show him the end of his Thanksgiving party.

"Hello Asher, I need you to tell me how to cut off the light for my apartment," I asked immediately after he accepted the phone call. I was outside the entrance door of my apartment. There was noise and music, but it was faint and manageable for a phone call.

"The switch," he answered. I can picture his brows pulled together in confusion.

With a lack of patience, I clarified: "No, I mean to terminate completely until electricians come to the rescue." Yes, that's the only way to kill a party. I've thought of different scenarios, I even considered calling Dad, but at this point, I don't think Caden will care about the consequences.
