Both the girls entered their home feeling tension. Like it was in air.
They were walking in hall, the lights were turned off. It wasn't like this till yesterday, but what happened now.
Suddenly they heard sniffs, sniffs of Mrs Kim. Like she was crying.
"I don't care anymore about you" it was her dad's voice, but not like he normally speaks. He was yelling.
The voice was from their parent's room. The door was slightly open.
"Dad doesn't speaks like this usually" Chang-min spoke.
"Let's see" Chae-yong said walking towards the bedroom of Mr and Mrs Kim.
They peeped through the gap.
Mrs Kim was crying, while Mr Kim was packing his suitcase.
"Neither do I care about you" Mrs Kim spoke.
"Like you used to do earlier" Mr Kim spoke with a bitter chuckle.
"You've ruined mine, Chang-min's and Chae-yong's life"
Mr Kim burst out suddenly.
"What the fuck do you mean?" Mrs Kim also asked yelling.
"Do you remember how much Chae-yong was interested in art? You ruined her passion. You want to do the same to Chang-min, but I won't let you do it" Mr Kim said keeping some important folders in suitcase.
"What would she do with art?" Mrs Kim asked in rage.
"What I'm doing" Mr Kim said.
"Traveling, earning money and wasting, right. This is what you do." Mrs Kim replied.
"Atleast I earn, and don't rely on someone for financial support" Mr Kim said....
And Mrs Kim slapped him. Both the girls who were watching this let out a gasp, but their parents didn't heard it.
"How the fuck do you got courage to slap me bitch?" Mr Kim blurted out slapping Mrs Kim way harder than she had slapped him.
"Dad was right. He told me that you should never be with a man who doesn't give importance to studies" Mrs Kim said crying harder.
Both the sisters knew situations could go out of hands if they didn't interfere .
They just wanted everything to calm down, so instead of barging in they knocked the door.
"Come in, I want to have an important conversation with you people" Mr Kim said hearing the knock.
Both the girls went inside and sat on bed.
"Me and your mom have decided that we're getting divorced" Mr Kim said in a very calm tone, suppressing his anger.
"Dad, who will you choose to live with you? Me or Chang-min?" Chae-yong asked tearing up.
"I'm not choosing anyone, you both are going to choose with whom you want to live. If you choose me, you'll be going to Mexico" Mr Kim explained.
"But why all of a sudden you decided to be separated?" Chae-yong asked.
"It's not sudden, and I want Chae-yong to be with me" Mrs Kim declared.
She wanted Chae-yong to be with her as her studies were almost finished and
"Can we have some time?" Chae-yong asked her dad.
" I want to have a word with you two" Mr Kim said walking out of room followed by his daughters leaving Mrs Kim alone....
"I don't want to force you two, but if you choose to be with me I'll be the happiest. I loved you both, but I gave my attention to Chang-min because I didn't wanted her to be alone completely forgetting how your life is ruined by your mom Chae-yong" Mr Kim said.
"Dad, I want you to give us some time" Chang-min said.
"How much time do you need?"
"Till I complete PG and Chang-min gives her CSAT exam" Chae-yong replied.
"Till when these will be finished? " Mr Kim asked .
"All of these will be finished by January of next year" Chang-min replied instantly.
"It's November now, so you need three months time " Mr Kim said
"If you decide to go with your mom, I've got no issues, but please never give up on your passion" Mr Kim said walking out......
