"Your voice seems familiar" That girl said making Chang-min shocked.Suddenly everyone in the club started hooting, because Dae-hyun was about to sing.
Sapphire moon light,
We danced for hours in sand.
Tequila sunrise. Her body fit right in my hands la-la-la.
It felt like ooh la-la-la.He got off the stage and pulled Chang-min towards him. He held her by waist. He joined there foreheads and they continued the song.
I love it when you call me Senorita.
I wish I could pretend I didn't need ya.
But every touch is ooh-la-la-la.
It's true la-la-la.Ooh, I should be runnin'
Ooh, you know I love it when you call me senorita.I wish it wasn't so damn hard to leave ya.
But every touch is ooh la-la-la, it's true la-la-la.Ooh I should be running,
But you keep me coming for ya.That's when the actual song started to play. Dae-hyun and Chang-min got off the stage and went to Hanuel.
"I was about to introduce you guys, but you met on your own" Dae-hyun said with a chuckle.
"Well, she daughter of the man I work for" Hanuel replied.
"How do you know my dad?"
Chang-min was confused way too much now."I'm his assistant" Hanuel replied pouring the wine in glass before sipping it.
"So her dad asked you to come to me for the contract?"
Dae-hyun asked as he was confused too.
"He just asked me to get him a good photographer for his next project in Mexico" Hanuel replied.
"Then why did you chose me instead of another famous ones?" Dae-hyun asked again.
This time he was more curious than confused.
"I come here regularly, before your shift. The one whose shift is before you told me that you're looking for an opportunity" Hanuel explained everything as she finishes the wine in her glass.
"I got to know you two are friends just right now" she added.
"My lucky charm" Dae-hyun said hugging Chang-min who understood everything and wasn't confused anymore.
"Dae-hyun, I've to tell you something" Chang-min said a low tone. Dae-hyun hummed in response.
"Is it about your parents divorce and you settling in Mexico" Hanuel uttered.
"How did you read my mind?!" Chang-min almost screamed.
"Is it true?" Dae-hyun asked with a hint of sadness in his voice.
His heart was shattered when he received a nod from Chang-min.
Dae-hyun's pain right now was unbearable, but he wasn't alone. Chang-min's eyes also had tears.
Loving someone for past three years and leaving them forever hurts. Especially when it your parent's fault. They were two people who forced themselves and made you used to them being together. And now they are seperating without even thinking about your feelings. This was Chang-min's case, regretting because of her parents.
While Dae-hyun just had pain in his heart. He had no other thought in his mind. The only thing he could think about right now was his past moments with Chang-min.
He was about to propose her when everything shattered.
"So Dae-hyun I was here to explain you about your project, you've to get to work from twenty third" Hanuel spoke out suddenly breaking the silence.
"Can't we talk tomorrow?" Dae-hyun replied, but it was more like requesting.
"As you wish" Hanuel said and left the bar next second.
"Let me drop you home" Dae-hyun said as pulled Chang-min outside.
The bike ride was silent, way too silent. None of them wanted to speak.
Dae-hyun was focusing on road, while Chang-min was lost in her thoughts.Suddenly Dae-hyun stopped the bike.
"It's your home" he said. Chang-min got off the bike and went inside but stopped infront of the door. She looked back, Dae-hyun was still standing there leaning on his bike.
Unlike other times, he wasn't even sparing a glance at Chang-min.It surely hurt her, but she went inside.
Dae-hyun also went away. What didn't went away was pain of their hearts....
"Why mom and dad don't care about me? Why?!"
These words were from Chang-min, who was crying on her bed.
Dae-hyun's pain could be felt, he could blame someone. But Chang-min, it neither wasn't her fault neither neither her sister's, whom she blamed whole life.
Suddenly she got up and picked up a family photo she recreated of her family. It was beautiful, like anyone can dream of a family.
On a either edge there was dad, while mom was on other. Two daughters sitting between them were completing the artwork.
Again, who knew it's creator would like it incomplete more.
Suddenly, in a blink, Chang-min ripped apart the part where she had drawn her mom. Not only tore it apart from the sketch, but she also tore that part in pieces. Like this was also not enough for her, she threw it on floor and started crushing it with her legs.
Once she was satisfied, she stepped backwards breathing heavily.
"You're the fucking reason" She screamed suddenly and fell on floor crying.
She leaned against the drawer nearby her. She just wanted to run away from her troubles. She never hated her mother this much, but she was hating her now.
"Because of you, because of you the only person who was there for me everytime isn't even looking at me" She said crying.
"I hate you mom, I wish I could leave you forever" She said standing up and picking up the torn peaces of paper.
She went near the dustbin and was about to throw those but stopped. With a thought in her mind she headed to drawing room.
As she reached there, with tears flowing from her eyes. She picked up a lighter which was used to light her dad's favourite scented candles.
The next thing she did was something really unexpected. She lit those pieces of paper in her hands.
Suddenly, a sound of dropping books came. It was Chae-yong.
She ran to Chang-min and made her throw those pieces away. Chae-yong quickly dipped her hand in cold water of the flower vase which was kept there.
In all these, Chang-min didn't even spoke a word. She was totally numb.
Dae-hyun was also in a very bad condition. He was in his club in a total drunk state.
He was about to chug down another glass of beer when another bartender near him stopped him.
"You seem to be drunk too much, let me drop you home" he said pulling out Dae-hyun of the club.
"When I got job I thought I found everything, but now I got to know, I lost everything" Dae-hyun said in drunk state.
"Have you lost your girl?" That guy asked.
"She wasn't my girl, she was my everything"
"Damn bro, every girl dies for you, just find another everything." That guy replied with a chuckle...
