Maltesers and Crash Bandicoot

Dan was right when he thought it would be a long call. His mum spent over an hour lecturing him about what happened and lecturing Phil every now and then.

"Phil, just make sure he doesn't try spinning in that chair ever again, I have to run out for a little, I'll call you back later" Dan's mum spoke thru the phone.

"Okay mum, thanks, bye" Dan said as he hung up on her.

"I'm sorry, I should've told her" Phil said after he sat on the bed with Dan, he had been pacing the room during the call.

"No don't be, it's very possible it slipped your mind by accident Phil" said Dan as he put his hand on Phil's shoulder.

Phil didn't want to argue be cause he felt like this was all his plain fault. With all the times Dan had fallen out of that office chair he should've changed it out.

Then a alarm started coming from Dan's phone. Dan responded to picking it up and turning it off.

"Phil, we have a radio show?" He asked dumbfounded.

Phil palmed his face, he had completely forgotten about the radio show with all of yesterday's events

"Are we gonna go?" Dan asked getting up and grabbing a jacket.

Phil wasn't really sure they could go at all. "I could call out, I'm sure they would understand."

"No, it's fine I remember enough to function Phil, plus I don't want to let the fans down anymore than I already have." Dan responded as he did a fringe check in his mirror.

"You sure?" Phil asked getting up and doing a fringe check on himself as well.

"Of course I'm sure" Dan said and with that they left.

When they made it to bbc they were met with Scott walking out. "Hey, we weren't expecting you to come in" he spoke with surprise present in his voice.

"Well I need to come in, I already let the fans down enough" Dan said glumly.

"Hey, accidents happen" Scott patted him on the back.

Phil quickly tweeted out that they would still be doing the radio show which surprised many fans.

Dan heard Phil chuckling as he came over and saw what was the fuss.

#GoodLuckClumsyDan which caused him to smile.

"Hey guys and welcome to-"

"The Internet Takeover!" Dan said surprising Phil.

The radio show went surprising well but it was a bit off on a few certain things. The most was that Dan was being extremely flirty and touchy.

Phil didn't mind, but it hurt knowing that Dan normally wasn't like that. That and the fans were probably going to blow it up.

If Dan even remembered how he reacted sometimes it probably wouldn't be pretty.

Phil shook his head out of his thoughts before he spoke to Dan "Hey, how about we celebrate?" He asked as they exited BBC.

Dan laughed "Why? I'm only getting back into the schedule of things. Nothing special."

"Because you could've opted out since you're still having trouble remembering things. But you still went ahead and did the show" Phil smiled.

"Then how are we going to celebrate?" Dan chuckled.

"How about a lot of Maltesers and a marathon of Crash Bandicoot?"

"Hell yeah! But what are Maltesers?"

Phil chuckled as he lead Dan into a store to buy said sweets.

"HOW COULD I FORGET HOW AMAZING THESE ARE?" Dan yelled as he opened his third bag.

Phil just laughed as he started another level, this one being the Great Wall where you ride a baby tiger.

"Hitting your head hard enough can cause that"

"Probably" Dan said yawning and stretching, eventually resting his head on Phil's lap.

"Tired Bear?" Phil asked letting the old pet name slip as he paused the game.

"Bear?" Dan asked totally disregarding that Phil had asked if he was tired.

Phil blushed a tad "It's just a pet name I've always had for you".

Dan was quite before he spoke "Did I use to call you Lion at some point?"

This surprised Phil, not that he remembered, but that he actually said the name when he hadn't in years.

"Yes, but you haven't called me that in years"

"Huh? It's a cute name, I might have too again."

Phil was glad that Dan was laying on his lap but not facing him, so he couldn't see the happy grin on his face.

"That would be nice..." Phil trailed off quietly "Lets get you to bed".
