I loved the country I lived in but sometimes I wish that I would be living in London. Not only because my long term boyfriend lived there but also because it was such a beautiful city. I hadn’t seen or talked to Dan in a couple days because he was so busy with filming his new video. He told me his new video might get him an acting career which he had been dreading for a while now. I understood that he wanted to make it big in the movie industry but he could have at least put time to me. We Skype and face time a lot but it still wasn’t the same as feeling his warm body against mine or his warm lips against mine. Sometimes, I wish that we could be living in the same city- London.

“Hello, we are landing at Heathrow airport. The weather in London is 14 degrees Celsius; it is currently raining at the moment. To be expecting heavy showers in late afternoon. Don’t forget to change your watches since it is 11 o’clock in UK time.” The steward announced
Heathrow airport was very busy; something to do with a famous boy band arriving at the same time as me. Eh, I don’t know, all I was thinking about was heading over to Dan’s flat. I was planning on surprising him since it was his birthday in a couple days. As I walked into his flat, I heard him talking to something or someone. I guess he was doing a twitter live stream since he was saying fans name and thanking them or reading their tweets. I heard his laugh for the first time in a week. Oh how much I missed that laugh. I slowly made my way to his living room where he was sitting. I was glad that he was facing the wall so he wouldn’t see me and that he was looking at tweets so he wouldn’t see me threw his camera. I crawled down behind the couch making sure that the fans and him wouldn’t see me. I heard him read out loud the tweet that I sent him:
@YeahImAFangirl: I’ve missed you so much Dan, I feel like you’re standing right in front of me. Xx
“I’ve missed you too pumpkins.” He added, “ I wish you were here sitting beside me. I’ll call you as soon as I’m off twitter.”
This was my queue. I jumped on the seat beside him and gave him a big hug.
“Mel,” he screamed, “I’ve missed you so much.”
“I’ve missed you more Dan,” I said
“That’s not possible.” He replied
“But it is.” I smiled
“Everyone, I would like to introduce you to my lovely, adorable and intelligent girlfriend Melanie. Please do not hate.” He said to the camera
“ Hello.” I waved awkwardly
“Don’t be shy Mel,” he teased while kissing your nose
“I’m not shy, see” I said pointing to your face
Dan started laughing “ Okay then, let’s do something fun, how about we do a ask. Erm, so tweet questions using #AskDel” you giggled after he mixed your two names up
“Del? Is that what they call us?” I asked
“Well Del is better than Man. What do you think?”
“Well I’d rather be a computer than a man.” I teased
“Hey, that’s not funny.” He laughed
“Oh here’s a good question, ”I pointed to the screen. “ On a scale to 1 to 10, how much do you love Melanie, Dan?”
“There’s no way I could answer that question because the truth is I don’t love Melanie like a ten. I love her more than that. I love her like no number or words can describe. She is my everything and no scale can compare my love to her.” He replied
My heart melted, he never told me how much he loved me ; hearing it for the first time made me want to cry.
“I love you too Dan” I replied by kissing his lips
My kiss was passionate yet sweet. The two of us seemed to be in our own little world because we forgot about the fans watching you.
“Erm, so I think we should be leaving now.” He said winking at you
“Yeah, I think I want to spend some time with my man.” I replied
“Byyeee” we both waved to the camera
Before Dan logged out of his twitter, we both saw one tweet that said; “Dan is going to get some tonight.”
We both bursted out laughing at that tweet.
