I finally found the rings for Kate and myself and had the perfect size for us both. The bands were specially made and I got the best quality diamonds and made sure they weren't blood diamonds thanks to Christian who found several jewelers that didn't deal in blood diamonds and assured us they didn't have to. They were mined in places that treated their workers very well. We have to take them at their word. Christian didn't and did his research on all of them two of them lied and he walked away from them. So he gave me the most reputable ones names. Kate will hopefully like the rings and the diamonds.

I look at Elliott on his knee and holding a ring out to me and he asks me to marry him. I don't know if I am ready for marriage yet, plus he is 8 years older than I am. Plus he can be rather childish in his behavior, but I guess that's what makes him appealing and he doesn't act his age and he can be rather fun at times. Especially at boring situations where he just makes it more bearable to be at. With his family and mine we end up going to several events each month due to obligations of course. Him being a Grey and now a billionaire the family and their loved ones are expected to attend such events as well. I finally say yes and he produces the matching wedding bands that were made to match the engagement ring. The diamond is huge and he informs me they aren't blood diamonds. He has certification of it at home. I am happy about that and being engaged. We discuss what kind of wedding we want and what date. Of course he wants children which is great to know. Jose told me he had seen Elliott shopping for the rings and he thought that I should know. So I had to pretend to not know about it. Jose is going to make sure we are ready to get good wedding photos of my wedding and he knows who can take excellent photos and he wants me to hire her. Bernice Samuels has been dating Jose for a while and I agree she is good, but I hope they can keep things professional at work. He says they definitely can do that and will sign an agreement to that fact. It covers me if they break up and file a sexual harassment complaint against the other one and try to add me and my company in the law suit.

Kate is getting married to Elliott Grey and I want them to allow us to report on the wedding. She said absolutely not. They will allow us to print wedding photos from it, but not to do a whole story on how they got together and how he proposed to her along with the wedding planning and then the wedding , wedding reception and honeymoon. She will give us wedding photos and we can post them and only we will get to. We are invited to the wedding along with Ethan and a plus one. I tried to get him to bring one of my staff but he refused saying Kate already told him he better not bring someone I suggested.

I wanted to announce Kate's engagement and wedding but she said she wants it done afterward not beforehand. Kate and Elliott both had a long chat with us about abiding by our wishes or not seeing their grandchildren in the future. The ones they plan on having. So we gave in to what they wanted and I was able to go with Kate and help her with the wedding plans. The invitations are already and she refused to add business associates of anyone's. Not Elliott's, not hers, not the Grey family's and definitely not ours. Even eliminating those there are still going to be three hundred friends and family's along with the plus ones. Eamon tried to get Ethan to bring a reporter from Kavanagh Media, but he has someone else he is bringing. Plus Kate got wind of her father's plans and put an end to it.

No one wants to sign a prenuptial agreement and they have made it very clear that they don't want to. Mia said that she hopes to marry a billionaire or become one. So she doesn't want a prenuptial agreement. I can't believe my children aren't protecting their assets. Even Ray thought prenuptial agreements are a good thing to have. Lydia said she had one and it saved her from her bum of a husband going after her money. She is a widow and her children died in the same plane crash as her cheating husband. They had no idea he was in first class when they were in the economy class of the plane. His mistress was with him. I read a background check on her and they included that information as well. Lydia was rewarded a huge number because the plane had engine troubles and they let it take off anyway knowing how bad it was. She was the one who hired investigators and took the airline to court. She's an attorney. She had one of my current staff help her with the case before I hired him. Her grandchildren were all on the flight as well. She was left with no family at all. The mistress had a big family and her husband was pretty angry she was on that flight and with Lydia's husband. The found them in the first class bathroom in a compromising position dead. They had to cut the door open to get to them. Unfortunately they had to photograph all the bodies they found in the positions they were in. Lydia took it in stride and went with it. She met Ray because he was one of her many investigators on the case. They tried to cover up the reports of the plane needed grounded until it was fixed.
