Elliott
As fate would have it, I am served with papers for a paternity suit. Apparently I am being named as a potential father of one of my sexual partners. Hell I don't recall having sex with anyone named Helena James. I think I would recall someone by that name. Dad told me he would represent me and he definitely did and it turns out I do know Helena and she knows me. She had lied to me about being married and I found out too late. Her husband decided to pay me a visit at my work site. Of course he hit me with his first swing, but he didn't get a second swing in because my men stopped him and my security had him in cuffs while he was yelling at me about having sex with his wife. I tell him I don't have sex with married women and he told me his wife's name and I tell him she said she wasn't married. So now she is suing me for child support. I don't mind paying for my child support, but I am not supporting everyone, including her husband. They are in the hearing together, which surprised everyone.

Carrick
When the woman's husband was introduced to Elliott and I we were shocked. David James looks similar to Elliott in size hair and eye color. I think I smell a rat here. They try to show photos of the baby and I stop them from wasting our time. We have had an lab that the court has listed do the DNA testing. I can't understand why David James is here and try to ignore the fact he is here. To everyone's surprise he is the attorney of record and he has requested an outrageous amount for child support. We have disputed the amount and we are waiting on the lab results and found out that the paternity test came back inconclusive and has to be ran again and taken to a different lab. Each of us have hired people to watch over the next DNA testing because of the results and to assure the tests are ran correctly and no one's tampered with them. Two weeks later we get the results and Elliott is a father. The James aren't happy with the child support that the judge reviewed Elliott's and the James incomes and made sure he paid for his sons support. Three thousand dollars a month is pretty good money. Elliott gets his son every other weekend and two days during the week, of course the James contested that and tried to refuse him his visitation rights. The judge told the James if he heard that they wouldn't allow Elliott to visit his son when his turns came they would be seeing another judge.

David James
Elliott Grey is going to be in our lives permanently and his son will be living under my roof. Helena did this to us. I don't like any of this and she actually asked me to represent her in this paternity fiasco. I don't know why I am still married to her. At this point Elliott Grey is a married man. His wife decided not to come to this hearing. Three thousand dollars is a drop in the bucket compared to what this man earns monthly. He and his wife both own their own businesses and he has a billion dollar company. His wife's earns way more than we do combined in a year. I think they are getting off easily with the three thousand dollars a month. He has to pay for medical and life insurance and when it comes time for school he needs to pay for all the boys education. The education he has no problem with and he has medical for his family in place and he can get the life insurance policy but he and Helena will be the only beneficiaries. He had to cover the costs of the birth of the baby and all medical expenses incurred from the pregnancy. He wrote a check for everything before we left the court and the court took copies of everything and told Helena and I to allow him visitation and set up times to visit his son. The court wanted the schedule with the week.

Carrick
I helped work out the visitation arrangements with Helena and David and I hope they will follow it, but I get the feeling they won't. Elliott has to pay two months child support and all medical expenses for the pregnancy and birth. Plus any medical costs for the boy. David Elliott James is now David Elliott James Grey legally. We had the Grey name added to the end of the name rather than overturn the birth certificate, but we are taking it to court to make sure Elliott is named father on the birth certificate. The courts are backlogged for doing that.

Kate
Elliott ended up writing a check for thirty thousand dollars to Helena for two months of child support and all medical expenses for her and her son. The pregnancy and having the baby and then the baby's care at the hospital. She brought the bills showing how much it costs. He has visitation soon and he gets the baby every other weekend along with two days a week. He stopped seeing Helena just after he discovered she was married, she got pregnant and I think she did it on purpose.

Grace
I can't wait to meet my grandson. Carrick has been telling me all about the woman and her husband and he now is sure it was a setup and it worked very well. Elliott thinks that the punch in front of his crew was to throw him off. The baby looks just like Elliott and the woman's husband. The DNA had to be ran twice for some reason and they had someone from both sides watch the second testing. It was costly to do it, but worth the money Elliott paid to assure he was definitely the boys father. Kate is a step mother now. Helena tried to make sure she was not going to be helping raise the boy, but the judge reminded Helena that her husband would be around the boy longer than Kate and if she insists on Kate not being part of the boys life her husband can't either. I was in court that day along with Kate. She was going to say something but Elliott told her to let the attorneys and judge fight it out. Carrick knew the judge would rule against Helena and at that point he awarded shared custody and Elliott gets equal time with David Elliott James Grey. The birth certificate was finally changed and the James name was removed and Grey was put in as the biological father.

Elliott
We got to take David Elliott home with us after court. At three months old he was fussy until he was fed, changed and had a nap. We played with him and took photos of all of us. We decided to introduce him to the rest of the family over the weekend. It went great, he loved Kate and Mia. For some reason Anastasia and Christian scared him. He finally calmed after they fed him.
