"What do you want to talk about now?" Louis asked as soon as he closed the door behind him, taking his time turning around to Harry who wandered through his office, trailing his fingers over every surface he passed, mostly to keep orientation and walk straight, the alcohol in his system made it harder than anticipated.
"Nice speech you held out there." He said without getting into his question- not knowing an answer to it anyway. "Very generous."
Louis eyed him precisely, not missing the change in his features when he passed his desk and took a look at the family picture that was standing on the edge.
"Thank you." He said with squinted eyes, having no clue what game Harry was playing now.
"And I'm sure it was necessary playing the perfect couple, right?" Harry challenged and lifted his head so he was looking at him directly with an unreadable expression on his face.
"You know it was. It's best for everyone." Louis said confused.
"I'm sure of it." Harry smiled sarcastically and continued his way and rounded the desk until he stood in front of it, opposite of Louis.
"Yes, what's-" Louis broke off when he finally admitted to himself what was going on and his eyes widened the slightest bit before he could get himself under control and he did his best to suppress a smirk. Now he needed to weigh his words. "You know, it feels good having someone by my side. Especially someone like Mallory, I mean she's gorgeous, intelligent and the nicest person I know. Don't you think?" He tilted his head to the side awaiting when Harry squinted his eyes and he could see his hands tensing as if he suppressed balling them into fists.
"She is." He smiled falsely through gritted teeth.
"I could talk about her all day, how perfect she is and that she is good in literally anything. I know it's better for us to be separated, but I can't deny she's the jackpot." Louis said and couldn't keep the corner of his mouth from lifting when Harry pressed his lips together and exhaled deeply through his nose.
They stared at each other, Louis waited for Harry's next move and Harry was too troubled to even open his mouth let alone form any words. Then, Louis did something he never thought he would do- being direct and fast forward.
"You're jealous." He stated with an innocent smile.
"And what if I am?" Harry shot back, not even denying it in his dazed state. "What if I don't want to see you with anyone else? Kissing anyone else?"
"You want me to kiss you instead?" Louis asked disbelieving, a part of his confidence vanished and insecurity spread through him as soon as the words were out and he regained the tiniest clarity in his mind.
"You do too. Don't deny it." Harry said and made a step towards him.
"No." Louis shook his head, his look cautious when Harry got closer to him and he forced himself to remain on his spot and not backing away like a wimp.
"You do." Harry contradicted.
"No, I don't." Louis said, which almost got stuck in his throat when Harry grabbed his neck and leaned in so their faces were only inches apart.
Louis' lips parted and he gasped perplexed when he suddenly felt a pressure against his groin and then Harry's palm rubbing over his clothed member, shooting sparks through his veins and heat to rush all the way through his body to that exact spot and he felt himself harden slowly against his will.
"Are you sure about that?" Harry whispered and got even closer so their lips were almost touching, putting more pressure on his hand to underline his statement.
