Harry didn't want to be at the class reunion from the beginning, but since Mallory was there he just wanted to leave, he was tense at all times and felt watched, but every time he looked around and searched for her judging look she was talking to different people not caring what was going on at their table.

He could feel the tension radiating from Liam as well who was just as alert as him, knowing it was just a matter of time until something was being said and everything would go down. He knew his old friends and he knew what they were having most fun with and he was scared of his own reaction if the case he was dreading so much came in.

His head perked up when he heard someone calling his name and his gaze wandered through the room until he spotted two of his former classmates, Lisa and Jackson, who were waving at him to come over and he sighed relieved when he got up and left the table.

They made a bit of small talk and Harry managed to relax. That was until he looked around the room and noticed how Liam was looking at him with a worried look on his face, anger and annoyance overshadowing his eyes. His eyes wandered further to Zayn who was just listening to something Max was telling him and he could see that even he was uncomfortable. He was curious on what was going on and excused himself, making a few steps towards them, but Liam looked at him insistently and shook his head as if to tell him he shouldn't come to the table. Harry ignored it and approached them anyway.

"What did I miss?" He asked casually in hopes to find out what they were talking about, but on a second thought he should've known.

"Oh, great you're back!" Stephen grinned and patted the spot next to him, Harry lowered himself slowly, suppressing a cringe when he placed his arm on his shoulder. "We were just wallowing in memories of when we locked our little chubby boy Tomlinson in the janitors closet for the whole day and he missed the exam. Good times, good times."

Harry's jaw clenched and he tensed up at that, his blood boiling when he saw the spiteful smirk on Stephen's face.

"Or when we hid his clothes after PE." Max added laughing.

"He really made our high school years. A shame he's not here today." Stephen grinned, saying the last sentence louder than necessary and Harry noticed how his gaze wandered past him, he knew Mallory was sitting there, he saw it when he approached the table. "Don't you think?" He asked towards Harry who just stared at him, balling his hands into fists to not punch that grin out of his face.

"What's wrong, H?" Roman asked.

"He's probably just remembering the ultimate prank, right Harry? I'm sure I still have the video somewhere, should've put it on today for everyone to see once again." Stephen laughed.

"Can you shut the fuck up already?" Harry snapped, unable to hold back anymore and glared at him.

"Why?" Stephen asked perplexed at his reaction. "We're just reminiscing the past. Don't act as if you wouldn't love to do the same to that little fucker again."

"I'd love to. Anyone got his number? We should call him." Max grinned.

"I'm sure someone here does. Mallory, darling? Would you come over for a second?" Stephen called over to the table next to them where Mallory was sitting, listening to every word they were saying.

She got up, her eyes glued to Stephen who was staring right back at her.

"Didn't I just told you one hour ago what would happen if you said one word about him?" She wondered.

"You do know I'm not scared of you, right?" Stephen checked amused.

"You know what's funny?" Mallory asked, not getting into his comment. "I've been asked a few questions this evening. Where I disappeared to, what happened to me and many more of those kind of questions. And you know what Grace just asked me?" She pointed to Grace who was still sitting one table further and looked over to her now as well as some others. "She asked me why we broke up back in the day."
