So, Jordan and I have become official, and we are flying to Boston tomorrow when I am released. Jordan and my sister Becca went to my house to pack me some clothes.

"So, you really like my sister?"

"Yes, I really do, and I have for a long time."

"That's good because her douchebag ex really hurt her. She was so much more fun before he broke her heart, and I don't want to see her like that again. You are the first guy she has given a chance."

"I know your mom told me, and I promise I won't hurt her like that. I'm glad because I have never felt this way about anyone before."

"Mom has no idea how Sam has been living her life since Chris dumped her. Going from man to man with no relationships. Is that why you and her were just friends, just sleeping together?"

"Um, well, at first. No, that would be a lie. I tried to keep it casual with her, no strings like she wanted, but in all honesty, the time we spent together was the best time I have ever had. I told her that I wanted strings all of the strings with her right after she moved here. I also told her I would wait until she was ready. I have told Sam and your mom that one day, I am going to marry her."

"So, you and her were seeing each other since her assignment in Boston. Was she also seeing Donnie?"

"That is for you to ask Sam, not me. It's not my place to tell you what goes on in your sister's life."

"You pretty much just did. You weren't mad at her for sleeping with someone else while sleeping with you?"

"What right would I have to be mad if that happened? We weren't official, and I told her I would wait until she was ready. She did tell me she had started seeing someone that was here. I had no right to be upset."

"So, knowing that she was screwing your ex-bandmate and is going to work for him doesn't bother you at all?"

"No, I knew that if and when she decided to be with me, she needed to know it was real. Donnie knows we are together, and he was man enough to walk away. I trust Sam being that we are committed to each other now it's just us."

"Yeah, Sam is a loyal person, and she would never cheat on you. Your good people, Jordan. Most guys would be jealous and pissed, but you aren't. I'm happy for you and Sam. So, do you think the New Kids will ever get back together?"

"Thanks, and it's not in the cards right now. I am just starting my solo career. I hear Joe is doing the same. Donnie is acting, Jon is living his best life and flipping houses, and Danny is just enjoying his life. So, who knows what the future holds, but right now, no, I don't see it happening."

They arrived at her house, and Jordan unlocked the door. They packed her a couple of bags, and Jordan left his shirt for her. He got her plenty of pajamas and sweats. He wanted her to relax, so he only grabbed a few outfits of actual clothes.

Becca gathered up all her hygiene stuff. Jordan told her to leave the shampoo, conditioner, and body wash; he still had hers that she left in Boston with him.

They stopped at Tommy's world-famous burgers and grabbed some lunch to take back to the hospital. He loved to eat here when he was in town.

"You can eat like that and still look that good? I need whatever you are taking to burn those calories off."

"It's my metabolism because I am a performer and dance a lot. I have a high metabolism. I have a major sweet tooth, so I eat a lot of chips and candy. Sam is always laughing at me with the amount of junk I eat."

"Does she still work out daily? She used to annoy me so badly when we were younger. She was popular and a cheerleader, of course, dating the quarterback. Always exercising and running."
