Ch. 19

Mephiles arrived at the castle as he said to himself, "Those two are done for."

Mephiles entered the castle and said, "I'm here to claim those two siblings."

Knuckles shouted from his hiding spot, "NEITHER ONE OF US WILL ALLOW YOU TO GO ANYWHERE NEAR THEM!!"

Mephiles looked at the hiding spot and said, "Don't try to kid yourself Knuckles. You and Shadow are no match for me."

Knuckles comes out of his hiding spot and begins to battle Mephiles.

<meanwhile>

Deep in the black and violet room was Sonic lying neatly and perfectly still. His blood drained, his eyes closed, and his face pale.

Sonia was no different but both held their bouquets of dead withered roses.

Not a sound but the burning of candle light and the ticking of an old grandfather clock. Sonic and Sonia were undoubtedly dead with two bite marks on their neck.

Not one movement from them.

Then when the clock stroke 12 and the old grandfather clock began to chime. Their transformation begins.

<back with Knuckles and Mephiles fighting>

The two kept fighting as Shadow came to fight him to.

2 against 1 it seems. Knuckles whispered, "The clock stroke 12." Shadow whispered back, "I know."

The two attacked Mephiles and fought. Though Mephiles was stronger than either one of them before he threw them to the wall.

Mephiles said with a smirk, "Hmm! You two are still weak. Now I will claim my prize. Two of them actually. Face it you two. I won't let either one of you have a soulmate."

Mephiles teleported as Shadow smirked and said, "That's what you think. But this time we win."

Mephiles teleported to the hallway. Knowing where they are. He went to the sister first. He grinned as he spotted the still beauty.

But when Mephiles took one step into the room he suddenly had a migraine. He looked down and grunted.

But when he looked back up, he sees Sonia is gone. He shouted, "What?! Where did she go?!" He looked around before hearing an eerie female voice said, "Mephiles..." He walked backwards out of the room before he immediately went to Sonics room.

Luckily he was still here. But like Sonia's room he had a migraine but this one was more worst. He looked at the floor and heavily breathing.

He thought to himself, "Good God! What is fucking happening!?" Then his migraine was gone and looked to see Sonics body was gone as well.

Mephiles growled in frustration and asked, "What the fuck?!" He then heard another eerie voice, "You can't escape Mephiles.."

He teleported back to where Knuckles and Shadow and shouted angrily, "WHERE ARE YOU HIDING THEM!?" Knuckles then answered with a smirk, "Your too late Mephiles. This time we win."

Shadow then looked behind them and said with a smile, "But your just in time for our wedding Mephiles."

Mephiles immediately looked behind him before he growled. On the top of the stairs we're Sonic and Sonia standing on their own two feet.

The two opened their eyes revealing blood red eyes. They then opened their mouths revealing fangs while letting out a low growl.

They were holding their bouquets of withered flowers as Mephiles asked as he fell on their knees, "How?"

Knuckles then answered, "We already but then twice before you got the news about them. A third time was tonight. They're both mine and Shadows now."

Mephiles growled as Shadow said, "Better luck next time Mephiles."

Mephiles gets up and walks off as Shadow asked, "Would you mind telling the village we're finally getting married?"

Mephiles sighed in defeat before he said in frustration, "Fine."

Knuckles and Shadow smirked at each other, before they turn to their new soulmates as the two siblings smirked at their soon-to-be spouse of the living dead.

This is going to be a wedding neither them or the siblings can never forget.
