Ch. 10

After their dates, Sonic couldn't help but feel fear for what he saw.

Seeing the reflection on the lake was scary. There was only Sonics reflection not Knuckles.

It wasn't there. He was lucky Knuckles didn't notice. Did he?

Sonia asked as she sat down, "Something wrong baby brother?"

Sonic looked around before he said in fear, "This is going to sound crazy. Sis, he and I looked at the moonlight near the lake. But when I looked at the reflection of the lake, there was only mine. Knuckles wasn't in the reflection."

Sonia asked, "Maybe he was standing far away?" Sonic protested, "But he was right next to me."

That's when Sonia realized something as she recalled when she and Shadow walked out of the diner, she was going to be ran over, Shadow stopped it as he held her in his arms.

Sonia then told Sonic what happened.

Sonic asked, "Oh My God. What the hell? He stopped a car and it was in a accident style way?"

Sonia nodded. Sonic then said, "This is getting weird.."

That's when Sonia gasped and asked, "Wait a minute... You don't think..?"

The two looked at each other and shouted, "THEY'RE VAMPIRES!!"

Sonic asked in fear, "You actually think they're...?" Sonia answered, "Thats the only explanation. It explains there was no reflection in the lake. Vampires have no reflection. They can't be shown on camera."

Sonic then said, "It also explains what happened back with him. Vampires have a hug amount of strength. Not to mention both of them felt like ice. They're dead."

Sonia protested, "More like undead. You think they wanna hurt us?" Sonic answered her with a hint of nervousness, "Possibly. The couple before us might have became they're midnight snack. And I think we're next."

He held his neck where the bite mark is as Sonic said, "I'm scared sis."

Sonia sighed deeply and said, "I'm scared too little brother. But what can we do? We only have a few months until we get back home."

Sonic asked, "Can't we just tell them to cancel?" Sonia then said, "Sonic. They're vampires, Nobody is gonna believe us."

They were right about that. Not one person will believe them. Not even one. The small towns people were too scared to go near that forest.

Though later that night. Things get super hot with a hint of sleep paralysis and one bite on the neck.
