The next two weeks I had spent organizing my apartment and getting things from various shops nearby. I left a lot of things in London as i'll most likely be living in between the two places most of the year.
I hadn't spoken to Charles in person but we had been texting almost everyday since the last time we hung out. Lily tried to invite me out but I knew the longer I waited on getting situated, the less productive i'd be.
I decided to go live on my instagram to write a song with my fans. It was something i did when i was starting out and it's still something i enjoyed to do from time to time.
I set my phone on my piano and started the livestream.
"Hi everyoneee" I said as i saw people join in.
"Okay yes! today is going to be another song writing live so i hope you guys brought some good ideas"
charlesleclerc has joined !
I slightly smiled as I saw his name show on my screen.
"Okay so i already have begun writing for this upcoming EP." I scanned over the comments seeing people's opinions.
user2528: so new music confirmed soon?
"Yes! new music will be coming out soon. you guys know i love doing these kinds of lives when i'm in the writing process so yeah new stuff is coming soon."
user9572: will we finally get happy music?
"happy music? yeah i think i've started writing some that are happier."
" I have this one verse that i wrote i guess i should show you guys first and then we can get some ideas flowing!" I smiled before pulling my notebook up next to my phone and flipping to the page that I had written on and started playing some notes in my piano.
"I've never known someone like you, tangled in love stuck by you, from the glue. Don't forget to kiss me or else you'll have to miss me, i guess i'm stuck forever by the glue, oh, and youu"
As i finished i looked up to the comments moving quickly and i scrolled up to see what people were saying.

I smiled reading charles comment.
"Thank you leclerc. Um yeah so what ideas do we have guys?" I said quickly moving on in hopes to not draw too much attention to the situation anymore.
user8273: hold on i'm trying to find the right words
"wait how about "finding the right words to use for this song" mentions us planning this on live! what do you think?"
user5817: YES OMG
user5927: yes yes yessss
lilymhe: omg hi im late
user5729: wait after that what about talking about how you're thinking of them. like they're your inspiration?
"yes! i love that wait." I started playing from where i left off.
"Finding the right words to use for this song, i have you in mind so it won't take so long," i sang.
I heard a knock on my door so i excused myself from the live to go see who it was.
I opened it to see Charles standing there.
"what are you doing here?" i asked in a hushed tone.
"you're writing so i thought i should come help. plus i brought some snacks." he said holding up a bag of various treats.
I smiled as i welcomed him in and told him where my phone was set up so he could avoid walking straight in.
I walked back to my phone and sat down on my piano as Charles sat on the couch in front of my piano and out of sight of the camera.
"Okay so i have a guest here but they don't want to be on camera. um so where were we?"

user8562: why would he be there if the song is literally about him
user5158: can we focus on helping her? whoever is there that's her business not ours
user6872: we we're writing the next part of the song.
"Oh yes! Thank you. okay so let me write that down."
Charles cleared his throat and i looked up.

i shook my head smiling and looked back to my phone realizing i was a blushing mess.
The comments went wild. They were so fast l
couldn't even read them so i just continued kind of brainstorming on my own hoping to move past the initial shock.
"okay so i think i'll finish that song later it seems like we're all a bit distracted" I said laughing a bit.
"thank you all for joining today i truly enjoyed working with you all. love you guys." i said ending the live.
"i get to keep you to myself now." he said as he came over and took me over to the couch with him.
"if you wanted to see me you could've just asked you know."
"what's the fun in that?" he said as he pulled me into him.
we stayed like that for a while cuddled up together in the comfortable silence.
"you know i really did miss you these past few weeks." he said looking at me.
"i don't doubt it, i'm an extremely fun person." i said jokingly, playing with the strings of his hoodie.
"oh yeah i was bored to death without you."
"mhm Lily told me you cried when you heard i couldn't go out." i joked.
"i was ready to come kidnap you just to see you."
"why didn't you?"
"i think that's illegal ma cherie."
oh charles the things you do to me.
