Jealousy

this was a request! (i hope this goes along with what you wanted!!)

Dream had no clue what was up with George. He had been ignoring him ever since he had started dating his girlfriend and he only ever spoke to Sapnap. It was bothering him, so he decided to surprise George at Sapnap's sleepover. Dream had even got George's favourite snacks for a movie, hoping they could maybe talk the next day on the walk home.

"George, you get it." Dream heard Sapnap yell. Dream patiently waited for George to get to the door, he was excited to see George though so his patience was slightly going. He heard George fumble around with the keys, before opening the door.

"Dream?" George's eyes widened and he almost immediately turned pale. He looked like he had seen a ghost, and it confused him. Dream raised an eyebrow, confused at his reaction. Dream looked around to see if George had seen anything,but he was looking right at him.

"Are you okay? You look like you've seen a ghost." Dream put a hand on George's shoulder and looked down at him slightly, but George just pushed his hand off and took a step back.

"I just remembered I have to go." It sounded like a lie, Dream could tell George was lying and he wanted to know what was wrong. There was no way George had to go right when he had arrived, it seemed way too much of a coincidence, especially as he had been ignoring him for at least a month now.

"What- I just got here?" Dream stepped in the house and dropped all of his stuff down in the porch, before shutting the door behind him. George shook his head and basically refused to even make eye contact with Dream as he looked straight down at the floor.

"It's an emergency." George said before quickly walking off. At this point Dream was panicking, he felt like he had done something wrong, and he knew George was upset with him based on how he was acting. So, he decided to see if Sapnap knew anything about it.

"Has George said anything to you?" Dream walked into the kitchen to see Sapnap cutting some food up. Sapnap looked at Dream and faced away immediately, making Dream worry even more.

"About?" Sapnap asked, continuing to not look at Dream, who leaned forward to see Sapnap's facial expression, hoping to see how Sapnap was around him.

"Him not liking me." At this point Dream felt like George hated his guts now that he had added it all up. He ignored him for at least a month, and then turns pale when he sees him and then has to go, it all seemed like way to much of a coincidence.

"I'm not allowed to tell you anything." It Felt like it was getting impossibly even more confusing at this point. Dream hated making people upset, especially George because he loved him more than anyone.

"Please, Sapnap. It's not like he's gonna tell me." Begged Dream, just wanted to know something about what he had done so he could make things right with George.

"Dream, go talk to him I can't say anything." Sapnap turned around even more, so Dream could only see the back of him. He groaned, wishing Sapnap would just understand the circumstances he was in, especially with George ignoring him.

He wasn't going to sit here and beg for an answer as he knew he wasn't going to get one from Sapnap, so that left him to only get an answer from George, who was thankfully still upstairs presumably packing his stuff.

Dream let out a long sigh before making his way upstairs. He was still so confused, he had no idea what he could've possibly done wrong and he had tried to think back to the recent times they had hung out, but there was absolutely nothing he did wrong.

The only way to find out was to ask. So, he walked over to Sapnap's room and opened the door to see George packing his stuff as expected. George looked up at Dream, and the second they locked eyes George looked back down and started to pack his stuff even quicker.
